I called and rented a slide from them for my daughters graduation. I spoke with them on Wednesday because we were having a rainy weekend I confirmed my order on Friday told him everything will be fine to bring up the slide. I did it three times. Nobody would answer me back. I just saw he was real busy. I have all the text messages, proven that I tried to call this man I tried to Text man and I got no answer. He ruined my daughters graduation party. He is unreliable. He should not be used and I will post it everywhere. There’s about 20 kids was looking forward to this party and you just screwed them. It must be nice to mess up a person’s party when i did what I was told to do to confirm the party but unfortunately I guess that don’t matter in this world. But back in the day a man’s word wasn’t any good .He was on reliable, and people didn’t use this man is unreliable . This man was unreliable. I would not use him if he was the last one earth. He will mess you event up.

My friend recommended this company and I’m so glad I went with them! This was my first time using them and it was a great experience. I’m definitely using them again! The young men who set everything up were very polite and helpful and the owner is great also!

I have used Backyard Bouncers several times, as well as attended several parties and events where they provided the bouncers and waterslides. Their equipment is always in great shape, clean and delivered on time. Dan and Lori are so pleasant to work with and do their utmost to help you create an unforgettable party experience. I would recommend them without hesitation!

I used this company for the first time the other day for my son's 10th birthday and sadly this will be the only time I ever use them. One of the owners(out of privacy I will not use his name)was very rude and unprofessional on the phone when I called to check the status of when the slide would be delivered. I had to call 3 times to find out when it would be delivered and it ended up being delivered as my guests were arriving which made it a hassle. The owner screamed and cursed at me on the phone and threatened to call his guys and take the slide back to the shop. That is not how a business is run. The guys who delivered the slide apologized over and over for the owners actions which they should have not had to as it was not them who spoke to me the way the owner did. Sadly I will never use this company again or recommend them for future use but I wish them well.

This was a very last minute plan and I was looking for something for the kids since a heat wave was here. The kids loved it way more than I expected. Kids from ages 2-11 had a ball and were on the slide all day long! Will definitely rent again!
