It is your typical family dollar nothing more nothing less. Most of time there is not enough cashiers open but again that's all family dollars.

Basically ruined all of there hot wheels packaging by putting security tag stickers on the card for the packaging who ever did that should be fired for being an idiot

STOP putting the security tags on the Hot wheels cardboard!!!
For collectors of Hot wheels you essentially ruined all of the cars. You have item that are more then 10x the price of a hot wheels and smaller that do not have security tags.
If someone is going to steal the cars they will take them out of the package. Stop ruining the packages.

Stopped here a long my way and it's clean staff is very friendly and nice the shelves are stocked prices aren't bad was looking for a certain product and couldn't find it and the lady was very nice and stopped what she was doing to help me will definitely come back

I came in store #11617 on 10/18 around 8:30am. The store looked great clean, well stocked (no to much). The cashier was and is always pleasant and helpful and most definitely a keeper.

So I came into the store on a Saturday morning to get milk for my kids so they can have cereal. As a grab my product, I proceeded to the cash register where there was nobody to be found so I figured it’s probably only 2 to 3 people in there busy with putting stuff away and I’ll wait. After about 3 to 4 minutes or so I decided to ask somebody if they could just ring me out at the cash register. So I asked the girl that was down the aisle with her little scan tool if she can bring me out. This was her reply. “I cannot hear you right now. I am on a conference call. If you want service you’re gonna have to ring the bell that’s up there. I can’t help you at the moment“. Mind you there was only one other customer in the store somewhere down the isles so helping me was not really the issue. Since this person was on a conference call tells me that that person has to be somewhat of a keyholder. Maybe part of the management staff but for me to get that answer was very unprofessional. She did not have to talk to me at all. She could’ve stayed on her stupid little conference call all she had to do was scan four items and take my money. If that isn’t bad for business then I don’t know what but I have enough experience in my 36 years of living to know that no manager, shift-lead or whatever she is should deny a customer that is asking for help. Never had that issue with previous staffing that was there.
