Royal Farms is a convenient and decent little place, often described as one of the best. It offers a good location, especially for those in the area or for trucks stopping on the way to or from Dover. The environment is aesthetic and pleasing, with a clean place inside. It provides great truck parking for about 20 trucks, clean parking areas, and two diesel pumps, making it a fairly quiet place to sleep. The food is consistently good. Staff are noted as nice, patient, informative, and attentive, with specific praise for excellent customer service that makes people feel welcomed and helped. There are minor critiques about a non-working air dryer and a preference for more register staff over self-checkout. Overall, it is a recommended spot with a great experience and nothing to complain about, where fellow drivers are encouraged to keep the area clean.
Convenient with an aesthetic pleasing environment. Never had a bad experience at most Royal Farm chains, this one included. Recommended, especially if you live in the area.
