Everything costs more compared to other stores - especially cold cuts. And service is slow. And almost always something gets charged wrong and then need to go to customer service to adjust.

I used to frequent this acme but today was the 3rd time my cart locked up as I walked out of the store. Receipt in hand. It’s extremely embarrassing being treated like a suspected criminal by acme with their anti theft carts. 15 years and I wont come back again.

Product discounts apply ONLY if you download the ACME mobile app AND scan the shelf barcode. I'm not downloading any more store aps with weak security and vulnerable to hackers.

All the meat in there was expired nasty and this is not the first time this has happened the other day I went there and opened the fridge to get some scramble and it stinked, also have experienced food poison from seafood and other people I've talked to said the same thing very disappointed on how they keep this Acme now it never use to be like this.

I love this Acme because it has self checkout and there prices, it also helps to download the app, you clip coupons in the app along with the monthly sale paper is in there so you can start you shopping list. You also get rewards for the amount you spend. My goal at the end of my shopping trip is to have my saving % higher then my spending % and i can usually make happen most of the time.

SHOP FOR YOURSELF?. I’ll so seriously never use their app order service again. Was paying for FreshPass too. I would rather pay Instacart or come get my groceries myself. I was using the app to order groceries to “save money” Because obviously it’s cheaper to do meal shopping without extra distractions in store. Except they literally charged my card twice- two separate days for two separate amounts on the same order and tried to refuse to give me a refund at first they blamed MY BANK- Very large amounts, very large order!!! Associate in store was rude with a “that’s not my problem it’s your banks” even tho the associates are ones who ran it two separate times. And their customer service line was useless.

I have been sick a few days after eating food from here. It was not expired. So it must not have been kept cool properly. Also noticed many of the fruits and veggies looked bruised or willted, especially the organic ones. My organic asparagus was going bad a day after buying it. That should've been my sign not to trust the quality of the other food I bought.
