“10 stars. Excellent place for beef and everything else. They cut me some beautiful porterhouses and new York strips. Super helpful and very pleasant people working there. This will now be my go-to for butcher shop for steaks when I run out of the local 1/4s or 1/2 cows I usually buy.”
