This is the nearest great clips location for me. Generally my experience is good, but today it was horrible. I checked in after 4:30 and went in as the last customer. The hair stylist behaved very odd and she was unexpectedly rude, I don’t know the reason. But I’m not going again if I meet the same hair stylist.

I regularly go to the Limestone road location for my haircuts. They are terrific there. I sign in online and what to expect regarding a wait-list. I am a middle aged business professional and want to look good while also looking professional. I am happy every time I leave!

I am highly satisfied with Tia's service. She is super fast, has great skill, listens carefully, and cuts exactly how you want your hair. I wish she were available at this location every day of the week!!

Second attempt with an online check in, 12 minutes then get there in 10 and the only employee there is out to lunch for an additional 30 minutes after that. If you have a hard time keeping help to assist then rethink your management at this location.

Great experience!!! Miss Tia listened to exactly what I said, was friendly and personable, and had me out of there in under 15 minutes! Amazing experience, will def be going back!

My husband had his haircut at the Hockessin Delaware location and was horrible. Multiple dips and ledges that other people have commented about. He has sent a message and no reply.

First bad experience. Been going here for years but might be my last. Person cutting my hair was very unfriendly. To top it off, when I asked her to trim my ears, she said “I don’t trim ears”. Thinking that I heard her wrong I asked her to repeat and sure enough she repeated the same thing. Very weird.
