My phlebotomist at this location was AMAZING. I wish I caught her name but I was so flustered! I was the first appointment yesterday morning, and she kindly informed me that my doctor never sent over the paperwork needed to perform my bloodwork (of course this happened on a Monday ??♀️). She patiently sat with me while I was on hold with my doctor’s office, gave me her location’s fax number, and was super flexible, even letting me step out so the patron behind me could go while I scrambled to get a hold of someone who could help. Once I got what I needed, she quickly came to the rescue and still fit me in. She reassured me that she was happy to help and not one time did she make me feel like a bother. Even though this location is a bit far from my house, I will ABSOLUTELY be making the trip back should I need any future services. Would recommend this location — particularly for early morning visits!!

I just had some bloodwork done here. It was an excellent and efficient experience. The lady doing the lab work was very friendly.

I called to see if they had a type of test I couldn't get at the labcorp I was at yesterday. While they didnt have the test either at this location, Allen was such a big help! He was able to call bigger labcorp nearby that didn't answer my call and confirm that they had the test! Saved me a lot of headaches trying to get ahold of them!

The Labcorp Technician working 1/16/23 handing my 2:30 appointment was rude. Would not accept my standing order date 11/2022 thur 5/14/23 for every two weeks as needed. She claimed it didn’t have an end date which it did. She said, she would have to keep my standing order and I would have to go to the Doctor for a new one. I have a kidney/ Electrolytes syndrome and after speaking with the Dr office about taking antibiotics for UTI for 5 days and I was sympathetic for my electrolytes getting low I was told to have labs drawn. I had to deal with the Uncooperative Lab Corp Tech.I have been to a many other Labcorps that accepted my Standing order since it was written , as well as many standing orders before and this was by far one of my worst experiences!!!! I did not have my labs drawn here at Brackenville rd Walgreen’s Labcorp due to frustration on a day I wasn’t feeling well.

Pharmacy is a nightmare. Only open outside of hours that for people who work 9-5 is a pain to get to (Doesn't open until 9:30 and closes at 6 on weekdays, closed on weekends) half the time will not have something and will not take any effort to help transfer it somewhere local. Just ridiculous. Poorly staffed. They should just shut it down at this point. Will only go Limestone Rd at this point.

I had an appointment scheduled, got there on time, checked in with the kiosk and it told me to wait wherever I liked because it would text me. I shopped while I waited and checked my phone repeatedly. 30 min later I knocked on the door and the nurse, annoyed, told me they'd called a ton of times. I checked the reception and there was none - the nurse said she knew this. The professional choice would be to A) change the check-in app so it doesn't say it'll text you OR B) put a sign up saying you have to wait by the door because of the phone reception issue. Blaming the custumer for your bad communication is highly unprofessional. I hope they can fix this - other waiting customers said they'd gone though what I had their first time too.

I scheduled an appointment today for 11:30. Checked in online 15 minutes early as requested and it's now 1 pm. I haven't seen anyone and I'm still waiting in queue. I'll never go here again and I'll reschedule at a different location. I wasted a day fasting for this. Thanks LabCorp....

I was teaching one of my students with visual impairment how to solicit for assistance while shopping. This student also had to get blood drawn at Labcorp. The staff was very supportive and promptly completed the blood draw.

I was doing a lesson with a student who has visual impairment (I am after all, a teacher of the visually impaired) about how to self advocate for employees to find her desired products. The staff was quite helpful in responding to my student's questions and guiding her through the checkout process. I want to give a huge shout-out to Latalia the beauty consultant, and Peggy the manager in training.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They're regularly out of medicines I need which means I have to wait and these are routine, regular medicines not off the wall ones. Additionally, they close for lunch every day. Why does a pharmacy need to close for lunch? You mean to tell me they can't rotate staff to remain open all day? Plus, the pharmacy staff is unfriendly and comes off rude. Crazy. They need to fix this.

This pharmacy has repeatedly made mistakes in filling prescriptions for our family. Each time, I have caught the mistake and reported it to the pharmacist. Not once have I gotten an apology. For convenience, I will use them for medications we regularly use and I can check. I would not trust them to fill a script for a new medication.
