Called the store today and spoke with Rich about upgrading my phone. He was even more patient and helpful in person than on the phone. He took his time, explained options, completely set up my new phone, applied my liquid glass and case. I would highly recommend this Verizon Wireless location for all your Verizon needs.

Joe was incredibly helpful. Gave me all my options for home internet, broke down some package deals to help me get some savings, and even told me what his own Internet setup was like to give me a good idea. Wifi was set up the day of my visit to the store, and Joe even reached out to confirm I was all squared away after my visit.
Will continue using Joe for my cellular/internet needs in the future! 100% recommend.

JOE is the best! I would rather put needles in my eyes then deal with a phone upgrade but now I will be going to Verizon in Hockessin and Joe for all my phone needs. My husband isn't techie so it's up to me to handle the phones but Joe understood me perfectly and made the process so easy. He picked the perfect phone for what we needed and got everything setup seamlessly. I cannot recommend this location and Joe enough. 100 STARS!

Went to the Hockessin store on Sunday 7/21 and was helped by V. He did an excellent job and was multi-tasking as he was the only representative at the store and had to wait on 3 different people. Great Customer Service, he helped me with my bill and got my son set up on a new IPhone 15 with limited charges, I appreciate all his efforts and I told my son that was an example of how to treat customers. I would say Verizon needs to do a better job staffing their stores on weekends.

Went to pick up new phone ordered by my husband. Waited 20 minutes for someone to help while they chatted, then told i needed a PIN. Called husband got the PIN then was told I couldn’t pick up phone, only he could. Gave rep my phone to speak to my husband, he hung up, gave me the box with the new phone and said “have a nice day.” Didn’t check ID or CC used, didn’t even ask for my name, could have been anyone on my phone, so why give us a hard time to start with? All this and the phone doesn’t work and my daughter is on a plane back to school without a working phone. This is why I deal with Apple only.
