Went to pick up new phone ordered by my husband. Waited 20 minutes for someone to help while they chatted, then told i needed a PIN. Called husband got the PIN then was told I couldn’t pick up phone, only he could. Gave rep my phone to speak to my husband, he hung up, gave me the box with the new phone and said “have a nice day.” Didn’t check ID or CC used, didn’t even ask for my name, could have been anyone on my phone, so why give us a hard time to start with? All this and the phone doesn’t work and my daughter is on a plane back to school without a working phone. This is why I deal with Apple only.

V not only helped me out with a sim card issue I had, he also showed me where I could better customize my phone bill to better suit my family's needs. "I had a great time at the Verizon store." is a sentence I'd have never expected to have said. But V is a really good dude, had a great conversation about similar interests while we waited for the sim card to do its thing.

After spending literally all day long looking for the phone I wanted at places like Best Buy, Apple, and my phone provider (att) I resigned to needing to find a new provider. I had good experiences with Verizon in general in the past so when I saw the phone I wanted in stock at verizon, and after looking at reviews of various Verizon locations, I decided to call Verizon of Hockessin to see if what i wanted was in stock I store, which it was, but what blew me away was the customer service of their sale representative Joe. He made buying a new phone painless and easy, especially after all the trouble I had at other retailers today. Joe is knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to talk to and asks questions. He builds a rapport with his clients and does an excellent job of ensuring you get what you need. I’m glad I switched.

On 11/18 , needing to upgrade my sons phone and wife’s phone for Xmas. I went into this store. The store smelled so bad. My salesman went by the name of “v” very nice just spoke so soft and hard to hear. Worried about monthly charges he was able to get me a teacher discount on my monthly charges. We left the store as he needed to update the new iPhone 15s. Upon returning to pick up the phone I was told to pay $140 for store charges. This was never discussed in the three hours prior. I will never go through a third party Verizon store again. Do yourself a favor and order/upgrade your phones directly through Verizon. You will incur activation charges but not store charges.

Called last week after seeing an AD on TV, spoke to Joe and made an appointment for Saturday. Joe was patient, attentive, answered all my questions, and provided me options for plans/phones/cases that would fit my family's needs. He made sure all my phones were setup, applied our screen protectors/cases and that everything had transferred over from our old phones. Bonus - he was able to lower my bill significantly with newer/better phones than what we had. The store was spotless and comfortable to wait in. Even when he stepped away to assist his co-workers while my information was transferring, he checked in to make sure I didn't have any other questions. Overall fantastic customer experience and well worth the ride from South Jersey.

I recently purchased an iPhone and my experience at the Hockessin Verizon store with techs, Vatekeh and Shachin, was nothing short of exceptional! Their customer service was top-notch. Not only were the they incredibly friendly and approachable, but their knowledge about the product was truly impressive. They were able to answer all of my questions and provided me with valuable insights into the different features and functionalities of the iPhone 15. What truly stood out was their dedication to ensuring I made the right choice. They patiently guided me through the various iPhone models, discussing the pros and cons of each, and ultimately helping me find the perfect device to suit my needs. Won't think about going anywhere else!I recently ordered a phone online, because it's just more convenient but my online order got so screwed up that it really messed up my account.I was lucky to go into the Verizon store in Lantana Square and meet Joe Ramano who's tireless work and dedication on Friday, practically 9 hours!, not only straightened out my account and fixed my phone but also put a new phone in my son's hand!!!All of this and I saved money on my monthly bill!Go to the Verizon Wireless Zone in Lantana you will not be disappointed

This store is very good. Joseph who took care of my son last night and myself tonight was absolutely amazing. He was so kind and friendly and extremely patient with us. Both nights we kept him very late after store hrs and never made us feel rushed. I will always do my business at the Hockessin store from now on and with Joseph whenever possible. The store was very relaxed and very neat and clean. Great team dynamics. Very professional. Thank you Joseph for everything.
