Every single personal pizza I get from this location is a tomato pie with maybe some cheese on it. Barely cut, cold, sauce dripping out of the side of the box. Every quesadilla falls apart and the middle piece is 4x the size of the ends combined. The fries are jam packed together to create a packaging of just mashed potatoes. Every person there acts like college buddies together but turns into a robot whenever they talk to a customer. DO NOT eat here if you have other options. This is a last resort Wawa that is nothing but a guaranteed disappointment. It's embarrassing and concerning for the future of the food industry with these kinds of godawful workers behind the counter.
Update: this new pizza is definitely not the worst, but effectively a cheese soup. The bread is uncooked on one side and crumbles to dust on the other. It's cut into 6 tiny pieces of a total of one spoons worth of sauce that falls off with the cheese as you pick it up. The fries were given to me 10 minutes before I got my pizza and were ice cold by the time I got my pizza. My last three cheesesteaks weren't cut and had literally no cheese with the salt, pepper, and oregano all in the one bites worth of length. If you want anything that won't taste like food poisoning, DO NOT order from the kiosk. It's almost as if they purposefully sabotage it, it's a miracle they're still in business and have more than 2 stars. Every single experience I've had at this Wawa has varied from 0/5 stars to 1.5/5 stars. Genuinely embarrassing. Never eat here.

The store at Yorklyn Rd. in Hockessin is not my favorite WaWa. I stop in the mornings on the way to work and the past couple of times has been horrible. My iced coffee has been tolerable at best, but any time I order my toast the directions are never followed. I get toasted wheat bread with extra butter. It's barely toasted with barely any butter.
After today, I'm going to have to see if there's another WaWa I'm able to stop at before work.

Ordered a tuna sandwich (through door dash) with extra tuna which of course costs more. Got a sandwich that wasn't even normal size let alone with extra. Displeased. And had to something from somewhere else since there was hardly any sandwich.

I love ordering from here in the morning. The service is great, the food is fast and warm and I can tell that the dynamic between the associates is productive. I recommend the wraps and the hamburgers. The place is really clean all around and the associates were helpful and friendly.

I recently experienced the worst service from the guy behind the counter. He was rude, inattentive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping me. This level of service is unacceptable and has left a very negative impression.

I came in this morning to order food and grab a couple drinks before work and I know it’s a little thing but I watch the young man behind the counter. Roll my sandwich and stick his fingers inside of it. I was so grossed out I ended up throwing my sandwich away and could not eat it.

Wawa is a great place to swing by and pick up breakfast, their Sizzli's are outstanding! Also lunch and dinner, they have a nice variety in their take out menu. While you're there, pick up snacks for the weekend or milk for the kids!

Always have to wait forever for food with terrible portion control. Multiple times now I have gotten incorrect items. Coffee is always watery. It's worse every time I go. Will not be back.

Will never do mobile ordering again with WAWA. Terrible experience. Immediately after placing the order for a salad and hoagie, the order status was "completed". How can that be? Waited about 20 minutes anyway and went to pickup the order. There was about 10-12 people waiting for their orders with 4 workers "stressed out" preparing the food. I stood at the counter to inquire about my order, no one approached me for 5 minutes. Finally, I had to get one of the worker's attention and showed them my online order. They look bewildered and confused. Then finally someone "found" the salad and gave it to me. I asked where the hoagie was, again they looked bewildered. After checking the computer screen, I was informed they missed it and will need to make it. Waited another 5 minutes. Finally got the rushed hoagie, and it was not that good. Grizzle in turkey. In my opinion, WAWA has really gone done in quality over the years. I will go elsewhere for our food orders.
