Terrible bank with even worse customer service! Go elsewhere there are better options than this bank for everyday banking! This bank has fees and use dirty tricks to make sure you are charged!!!!

I called this bank this afternoon to see if the bank could cash a check for 3500. The agent who answered the phone told me they don't have that large anount of money at the bank. It's a BANK! I asked her since your bank doesn't have that large amount of money. Which bank should i go? She said the one at prices corner. She was smart about it. But when i asked her name she refused to give it to me. Who says things like that! I will make a formal complaint with the branch manager! Will not deal with this brank. She sounded racist.

Ruth is always so kind and smiling. Joe is a wonderful banker that took a lot of his time to help me with my account.

Staff really is very friendly at this branch. Wish they had better hours. This is not a review of Wells Fargo as an organization, only the quality of the workers at this location.

I love this bank! The staff is always so friendly and professional! I hardly ever have to wait when I go there. I'm always in and out very quickly!

Hi. It takes quite a bit for a business to lose me as a customer. Wells Fargo is at the top of this very short list for me. I had to take a deep breath before going into this branch today to handle the probably (and hopefully) last transaction ever with WF. I've been in sales for 25 years and I know what the difference looks and feels like in exemplary customer service. After the teller asked me why I no longer have an account with them I tried to tell her it was because there wasn't a branch near me; however she knew the closest ones. Then I tried to tell her that my bank has better hours; she responded using stories to paint a picture of what her experience has been and why what WF has is just tops. She was way too intelligent to be just a teller. She has way to much customer service and sales skills to be paid what a teller makes. Her name is Diane. She rocks. Wells Fargo; however, still sucks horribly. I tried to find a contact form anywhere on the internet or email contact to try to send some praise her way. I was truly impressed by this 1 person. She deserves a promotion and a raise. Sadly there is no way to contact Wells Fargo via email, unless you have an online banking account with them. Don't you want your bank to feel like having a questions, comments or concerns; contact us form is important? I called the 24/7 800 number to try and comment on my experience. Got transferred to Philippines... Even though I punched the numbers to "speak with a banker about setting up a new account" I got asked for my checking account number, my atm card number and my social security number before I could tell them why I was calling. Ridiculous. I doubted my notes of praise to Diane gets through to anyone so I wanted to leave this review. People will always and forever forget what you say. But they will never ever forget how you made them feel. I really hope TD Bank hires more people like Diane, that place is great.
