“1st time dealing w/ them & super impressed ! Purchased RV bathroom faucet & small items … EVERYONE there although ( even though busy at the time ) was knowledgeable, helpful, & courteous. They took the time to explain installation & even small helpful details. Next day when putting it in I called having difficulty on removing old one … AGAIN they were very very helpful reassuring & encouraging with small helpful ideas. “So my 1973 corvette tossed some belts with a brand new blue print engineering 383 stroker just installed. I'm from Harrington and we started to overheat and napa Harrington allowed me to pull in there place. I asked smittys automotive from across the street to come see if they had time to look at it and within 10 minutes smittys came over and napa had the belts, antifreeze and new battery ready for smittys automotive to install. Within 45 minutes I was back on the road home before a downpour and no tops on car. You want service. Go see NAPA and Smittys in Harrington. Best ever I. Harrington. Thank you all so much. “These guys are great. I've gotten some very esoteric parts here including headlight assemblies. And, if they don't have it, they have a system which looks up every recycler within a 40 mile radius.

“Thomas Bashtarz was amazing. Bought our new BMW and the price on the vehicle was the actual price. All other places we had gone too as soon as you get into the details the price they had on the car really wasn’t the actual price. A bunch of hidden cost. The Finance guy there (sorry don’t remember his name) was quick informative and the easiest processes I have ever gone through .”

“OK, 4.5 stars because Hertrich, not the body shop, needs to integrate their units so they can operate seamlessly (e.g., Service and Collision can't coordinate unless the service relates to the accident).The work itself was well done and delivered early. Paperwork was not complicated. Everything I needed to know was clearly explained.Scheduling is always a pain (we're all short staffed these days), but they worked with me the get an early date (I had to leave the car for a few days so they could fit the work around other jobs; no problem).Excellent staff.One worker had missed a form, but she was willing to stand in the rain while I sat in the car to fill it out (I'm no j**** I sent her inside and brought it in when I was done).Overall, an excellent experience. Don't have an accident, but if you do, these folks will take good care of you.”

“I came here because oil changes for full synthetic are significantly cheaper than anywhere around town. I made an appointment, and my car was done after 30 minutes. I needed my engine air filter replaced, unfortunately walmart didn’t carry the one my car needed, but they allowed me to bring one in and change it for me for free on the spot. Kim was my cashier and she was amazing! all the staff were so friendly and so helpful. I will definitely be back for all my oil changes!”

“Can’t say thank you enough to Advanced Auto parts and Lauren for going above and beyond! I purchased batteries in 2021 (my diesel truck takes 2 expensive batteries! :-( ) from Advanced Auto Parts in Leesburg VA because my truck stranded me while I was out of town!
Fast forward to now- my truck started to have similar issues to what happened in 2021. Spoke to Lauren and she advised me I had a 3 year warranty on the batteries. I brought my truck in- we tested the batteries and found that the cranking battery was bad. Easy fix! Lauren exchanged my battery, and installed it and also checked my starter and alternator function! She was thorough, kind, and very helpful!! What an excellent experience and spokesperson for Advanced Auto!”
