“I keep my business PO box here and it's extremely friendly, Charlie always has a way to brighten my day. Although it does open up at 9:30 I would recommend waiting till maybe 10:15 to 10:30 before you swing by and around noon it closes for a brief period.”
“I called about a package being missing or lost after receiving a message stating it was delivered and everyone i spoke to helped in the process to make sure I got my package. John, thank you so much for caring about my package and escalating it to your supervisor Lacy(Lissette), sorry if I got that wrong lol. You were extremely helpful as well and was able to contact the carrier (driver) Derek who was so kind and generous!
