I want to start by saying that my previous experiences at this salon have been nothing short of wonderful. I genuinely felt like I had found “my place,” and the stylist who does my hair always does a great job. Because of this, I booked a special surprise for my daughter’s birthday—a hair and nail appointment for her first salon experience.
Unfortunately, the day of her appointment was a complete letdown. Just a few hours before we were supposed to arrive, I received a call from the person scheduled to do her nails. She questioned whether I really wanted gel polish for a child, citing concerns about the removal process possibly damaging her nails. I appreciated the heads-up, but I found it odd that this only came up after the appointment had been scheduled for over a month. It gave me the impression—right or wrong—that they were possibly trying to free up the spot for someone else.
We agreed to cancel the nail portion, but still planned to go ahead with the hair appointment. We drove an hour to the salon, and when we arrived at our scheduled time (4:15), I excitedly told my daughter we were there for her birthday surprise—only to be told that we didn’t have an appointment. After some back and forth, it was discovered that the same person who canceled the nail appointment had also canceled the hair appointment—without notifying me.
What made the situation worse was the complete lack of accountability. There was no real effort to make it right beyond a generic, “I’m sorry.” We were told we could come back at 6:45 or rebook for another day. Given that we had driven an hour and planned this as part of her birthday celebration, this was incredibly disappointing. There was no attempt at all to accommodate us in the moment or provide a solution that didn’t completely derail our day.
I’m sad to say this experience left a really sour taste after what had previously been such positive visits. I expected better from this place and from the stylist that I had grown to really like.

First visit at this establishment. Zoey did a fantastic job on my hair. She listened to what I wanted in a cut and color (Balayage w/cut) Extremely knowledgeable in the skill of coloring and style. Thank you Zoey!!

I had a great experience yesterday. Michael did a cut and baylage fantasy color for me that came out way better than I hoped, I could not be happier.

I paid $40 plus tip for shampoo, condition and major haircut. Paid cash. Eight weeks later for a trim it's $50?? And their laptop figures in your tip when you use a credit card, which I did this time, so it was $57.50 FOR A TRIM. And I'm not really thrilled with it. Maybe I'm just sick over the price! I don't think I'll be going back there.

Had a cut and color by Lindsey. Worst cut in my entire life….. so short and uneven. Only a buzz cut would even it out. Still cannot look at my hair 2 weeks later. Wasted time and money.

I CANNOT give enough stars to Lindsey.I walked in there with a poorly self- done curtain bang that needed repair as well as bad coloring from another salon and she fixed both! A few weeks ago, I went to an “upscale salon” to get balayage. Long story short- the stylist ruined my hair(1st pic), didn’t provide the service and still charged the service price. It was an awful experience. I was just going to BFA for a trim to fix my bangs, and when I told Lindsey what had happened, she told me she could fix it! She pulled my natural color from my roots down to cover the harsh bleach lines and blended it with the highlights. Basically she did a reverse balayage AND IT WORKED(2nd & 3rd pics)! My hair looks so great and my confidence was boosted. I feel so much better and have received a lot of compliments. Lindsey knows exactly what she’s doing and I plan to go to her for all future hair endeavors✨Also, don’t cut your own hair kids. No matter what Brad Mondo says ✌?Services: Haircut

They were miracles I went there they were about to close, and I just bleached my hair and it was falling apart they were able to save most of my hair and were able to make it look like so new and I love it it’s short and I thank them so much for helping me they are the best I would recommend to anyone.Service: Haircut

I went to two different places and at the second place I went she messed up my hair big time.. so I decided to try this place and I love how Mary cut my hair I explained what had happened she listened but I told her if she needed to cut my hair short I will be okay because I knew it was bad and I didn't mind starting over but she managed to work what I had I can't wait to go back.. I found my place I will be going there from now on.. thank you again Mary for taking your time and helping me..
