“The automatic wash didn’t do the best job at first and actually left some of the gunk mixed around on my car, but the customer service really turned the experience around. The staff was kind, understanding, and let me use the self wash to properly clean everything off. After taking the time to do it myself, my car came out looking shiny and spotless. Great customer service can make all the difference, and they definitely made things right. 🚗✨”

“I was looking for someone to bring my little Honda back to life! & eagle eye auto detailing did just that. I am so grateful to have found him. My car was stained for years, and he made my seats and top of my car look brand new. I should’ve taken more before photos. He did fantastic and I couldn’t recommend him enough.”

“Philip and his team brought my (baby-ruined) car back to life!! It honestly looked more shiny and new than the day I bought it. Everything was cleaned in GREAT detail. You can tell they really take their time. My car was truly spotless, inside and out. Their booking/communication system is also super simple, which I love. I would 10/10 recommend using Coastal Auto Salon for any and all detailing needs.”

“New to the area and after 1 visit, I decided on a membership. A bit rocky at the beginning, but as a consistent almost daily washer, I have to say it just gets better. I was worried when they changed management but Braxton the new GM is the best. He is honest and helpful, 2 traits you do not find in most these days. Disappointed that the location has been down the last few days but I understand when large equipment goes down and youre waiting on chain of command and a 3rd party. I could tell it sucked for the employees also. Alex was appologetic. It is sad i watched several customers have a melt down on staff due the issues that werr obviously our of there conrmtrol! Thankful I was informed BEFORE the wash they had pressure issues. 10/10 recommend the issues stink at the moment but I have no doubt Braxton will have this location better than ever soon. And that Alabama accent ?”

“Love going to Zoom Car wash so much I go at least twice a week over by Sam’s Club! Who doesn’t love a clean car and that’s what you get! You can’t beat the membership price, the quality of the car wash and the staff is super friendly and helpful!”
