Just drove past Marinos and was happy to see they are FINALLY out of business. The owners were extremely dishonest and Lisa was the definition of rude. Thankfully will not be able to take advantage of anyone else!

I would love to be able to leave zero stars. This business takes total advantage of people that do not have better options. The owners are opportunists and it’s a shame that they have no conscience. The female owner is not only rude and confrontational, but she willingly admitted to me that ‘people with less than perfect credit, get what they get’. It makes me sick. For as many times they have been in court, shame on Delaware for not stepping in and shutting them down.

Purchased a vehicle from this place and I have been having an awful experience. The day after driving off lot with the car, my check engine light came on. I called to express concern stating that this was not acceptable or good business. Since then, I have been getting the run around about how they don't have a mechanic that can service my vehicle. This has been going on for a few months now and I am still left with a vehicle that will not pass inspection. Lisa, who has been nothing but rude and disrespectful, laughed as I expressed concern about the vehicle. She then told me to put my big girl panties on and deal with it. This is not how you do business. I normally do not get on Google or any other platform to complain, but I need people to know what type of company this is and the type of people that you'll be dealing with. Go somewhere else like I should have.

My husband & I purchased a truck from Frank who lied straight to our faces! When we purchased the truck he was training his wife, Lisa (also a liar). The truck they had to pull the dash out and send it away days later. We ran it through inspection & it failed for airbags, and different other codes. Frank agreed to replace it & said he would call us when the part came in. Still waiting around a month later, NO CALL NO FRANK his wife Lisa took over & even as she was apart of the deal NEVER reached back out & her husband apparently NEVER ordered the part. Again Lisa promised to order the parts. My husband & I began to fix the codes ourselves (besides the airbag) STILL NO CALL from the Marinos . We had to get TWO temp tags & 2nd one expires in a week . We called Lisa who told us there is nothing they can do because “WE” waited to long. FALSE they waited to long & stopped returning our phone calls. After they got their check from American finances they renigged on their end & don’t want to do anything right. Lisa was disrespectful when we called the last time . UNPROFESSIONAL at its finest, save yourself the hassle & DONT buy from them they are nasty & don’t communicate & will blame you for their mishaps!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, The people are nice to you when you’re trying to purchase a vehicle but they don’t wanna deal with the consequences afterwards. They’re very lazy and you have to remind them multiple times about things with your vehicle. I purchased a 2017 Ford fusion back in March. It’s already reported that the engine blew up. Now they don’t want to help me or reassure me another vehicle. I am a first time car buyer and this was a terrible experience.

MARINO'S AUTO SALES is committing FRAUD by selling cars with SALVAGE TITLES and NOT DISCLOSING THIS FACT. As required by LAW... "If a vehicle being sold was totaled and the insurance company signed off on a SALVAGE TITLE being issued for the NON-REPAIRABLE and/or DEFECTIVE CAR. This condition MUST BE DISCLOSED VERY OBVIOUSLY TO THE CONSUMER/BUYER seeking to purchase."As stated in another review and more recently with a family friend, they COMMITTED FRAUD again by selling a car with a salvaged title. When it was brought to their attention, the owner claimed HE FORGOT! HE also lied about charging interest, which IF not stated, is implied and built into the price of the car. They are nice until you sign their agreements, they rush you through. Then their rude and extremely unprofessional behavior and unscrupulous business practices become blatantly obvious.BUYER BEWARE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PREDATORY COMPANY WHO EXPLOITS HARD WORKING PEOPLE. :(

I bought my car from them a while ago, they don’t know how to communicate even though they say they will get back to you, they won’t till it’s too late and basically blame you for their own failures.

I bought a car from them and they never disclosed that it had a salvage title. The only way I found out was after I had the car and they needed it to go through inspection on a certain day. Now; less than a year later it’s having transmission problems. When I told the woman that the salesman never disclosed that it was a salvage title (which they have to do by law) she basically called me a liar. I would never recommend them.

Staff very friendly. Gave me a great deal on a vehicle. Detailed it up nicely and was spotless when I took it from the lot. Owner is down to earth and a great guy.

I bought my 2012 Honda Odyssey from Marino’s. Upon looking at it I noticed a few parts on the inside missing. The salesman said that they were on order and would be installed as soon as they came in. I was able to take the vehicle and have the parts installed at a later date. When I took it back they installed the parts and looked at a inoperable backup camera. After the parts were installed I notice that the panel inside was a different color and from a different model. I find parts that are supposed to be on the car left on the floor. I guess they don’t get used anymore (HDMI and audio jack panel) The trunk lid was from a different model as well making it impossible to fix the backup camera. Now I’m experiencing an electrical problem where solenoids are going off and on causing the battery die or not charge. I wouldn’t even start on the issue of getting a title!!! I would stay clear from these guys if I were you.
