I was lied to and manipulated!! I was viewed as an EASY target due to being a first-time car buyer and I'm young. They told me their job was extremely easy due to what I had to offer, my credit, downpayment, and 3 trade-ins!!! I Was looking at a 2020 Honda this past week. Was told it never was in a car accident and nothing was wrong with it. Come to find out it had been into an account. I asked them again after I was told this by my insurance and they lied again. After I had already gotten my credit pulled! I'm very disappointed I wasted my Time. They kept calling me throughout the weekend asking for a hold for The car. I called to let the store know I wasn't coming and that I was putting up this review. I was treated they would sue me and have their lawyers contact me this came from Doug the MANAGER!! The young woman who was originally helping me with the car knew absolutely nothing! It was disappointing… I to had to watch her keep asking the questions that I did someone who knew. It is a very unorganized and unprofessional group of people who work there! I'm sharing my story to provide my experience so others don't go through this. Do your research! No matter what they tell you. I don't recommend it here at all.

Essentially, it scammed us of a good truck. Told us nothing about a out of state title, "lost" The title, took ages to get a transfer title, and because it was over the period of time due to it being lost, extra had to be paid to them, and to the dmv.

If you want great customer service they provide the red carpet!! You will get a car or truck that is fully inspected and is in great shape and comes with a warranty and it’s a vehicle that the car salesman would drive themselves!! Then stop by The Car Store in Laurel and expect the unexpected! I will go back for my next purchase!!

I ended up buying my car around winter never thought to check the air conditioning now they say it's not covered but it's a motor component or what. The mechanics in the back said oh the tire is bad when I asked about a noise just after purchase they wouldn't even replace a tire after I paid 15k for the vehicle. Not a business they just want your money and get u out❗️

I bought 2 jeeps from them with in weeks of each other they were not inspected like they should have been I was td make a list so I did and when they were working on list I was still finding things when I told them about it they said ur 30days is up the motors need to be taking apart and all I had them total of maybe 6months I spent over 80,000.00 with them and they wouldn't fix it thats crazy on one jeep didn't even have spare tire tried to get them to get me one and all they did was put a 3rd brake light on it where spare tire belonged I will never go to them ever again worst dealer to deal with they over price there cars way over kelly blue book too watch what u get owner rob didn't want to fix it and buck the sales Manger at time wouldn't do nothing either and mark was just pushing oh did I say I also bought a truck from them at the truck store and brought it to car store in laurel de and so far that's the only one that has no problems now but truck is only 1yr old well I got rid of the 2jeeps before they left me on road I will never tell anyone to go threw them at all

This review is based soley on their secretary Mel. She has a horrible attitude very unpleasant. Make sure you never need to come here for anything because her stinking attitude and nasty personality is uncalled for. Unprofessional and im sure has cost this company many customers hence the 3 star review.

I bought a coud cars from them and when i did neither ones were inspection and i went tbrew finding what was wrong my self and now since 30days is up they dont want to fix it i think this is crazy i will never go there again i went tbere years ago and they where nasty never bought any thing tben this year did well wow what a mistake and when they talked to owner rob he wouldnt fix rest of stuff i am finding took it some where else and had them look over it and still needs 900.00 of work that i am stuck with they buy tbere cars all at auction just so u know

They tried to sale me two separate vehicles within a week 2016 toyota corolla was the 1st one, check engine light came on after two days ..i noticed pepe put the code reader on it before he started and let me test drive it. Then after the check engine light came on i took it back and got a 2015 jeep Cherokee not two days later the battery was dead , after the test drive i noticed it sounded different but eas afraid to say anything. So i called Carlo and ge said well if you cant afford the payment let me know.. he told me to call his tow guy and i did and i never saw it again .. but this is the shadiest i was told that carlo changed my income and job and to not tell the bank i gave them a 2007 honda fit as a trade in .. i was dumb founded but the rushed me threw the paperwork like it was there last day being open and i signed the papers.. so i didnt tell the bank the lies they told me to , but what the bank told me is that they never gave them the income paper.. So basically they wanted me to lie and be denied and i would lose the loean and the worst they kept my car i tradded in and told me i gave them $1000 and i kept saying give me my car back and carlo told me it was in Tijauna and this was before 10 days of the contract.. they did this on purpose

Adam is amazing! The finance and management team is amazing and top notch too! They will work with you regardless of your situation or credit to get you into a vehicle. After going to over 30 dealerships they were the only ones willing to work with me and get me approved. And did a fantastic job and great customer service too! You won't be disappointed!
