Absolutely the biggest joke on earth. I have had 3 separate times they are suppose to deliver something and don’t with someone home and they don’t even leave the mailbox to attempt to deliver and post date future attempt as missed. Someone needs to clean house this is ridiculous

Very furious, not for me but for the man that was in front of me. I stopped by the post office to get my packaged shipped and there were two people in front of me. A Hispanic man and a woman. When the man stepped up to the counter to ship his envelopes. He was nothing short of sweet and pleasant, the woman helping him however was not. Shelley was rude from the get go. Instead of simply explaining to the man, who clearly did not understand what she was saying, she used a very irritated tone to let him know she couldn’t help him. This was not good service. Shame on you Shelley and shame on this post office for the lack of empathy within the hearts of their employees. I am writing this review for the Hispanic man who experienced this terrible service first hand. I sincerely hope this post office teaches their employees , or at least Shelley the CORRECT way to treat another human being.

The woman behind the counter is absolutely useless. Apparently it's impossible to send a self-addressed stamped envelope to someone to return my phone from Louisiana. Unheard of coming from the US postal service. This is the second time this woman's personality has gotten the better side of me if you find a more friendly clerk you will get better reviews!

This has to be the worst usps place there is I've lived here 13 years these people leave your mail box open,the driver is lazy,so lazy.i am so tired of the driver taking the packages back to the office because they don't want to drop the package in the paved driveway at the house.ppst office shouldn't offer home delivery if they won't do it,have ups deliver the packages they are 10 times better and never have a lazy driver.

Customer service is horrible. There’s one lady that’s always there when I come in most of the time with braids and she is very rude and nasty and she is not helpful at all..

Said they tried to deliver but no secure location. Really I have a mailbox with a key to get in and I was home waiting for it because I thought it was coming priority and they would want to hand it to me personally.

You recieve an envelope clearly and largely noted OFFICIAL DOCUMENT DO NOT BEND. THEY BEND AND SHOVE IN BOX AND BLAME SENDER WHEN YOU REPORT INCIDENT! OVER SIZED ITEMS SHOVED IN BOX ( BROKEN GIFTS NOT REPLACABLE) ALL THE TIME BECAUSE CARRIER IS TO LAZY TO PULL IN DRIVEWAY AND GET OUT TO DELIVER ITEMS! I'VE COMPLAINED 3 TIMES NOW AND THEY DO NOTE CARE! AGAIN THEY DO NOT CARE!!!! WHERE IS YOUR ACCOUNTABITY!!!

Again, I’ve been waiting for a package to arrive. It was suppose to be here on the 7th. The tracking says it’s in Laurel. It’s now the 10th and I still not received the package.

This place doesn't deserve the 1 star I had to give! For the past 6 years of living here, this post office keeps screwing up, or I should say the delivery lady, sorry. She is lazy, will not get out of her truck to delivery important, certified mail and just sticks a "sorry we missed you" slip in the mailbox even though we are home! Also we end up getting our neighbors mail and they end up with ours, our package delivered to wrong house. If we had the choice to get a different post office to deliver our mail, we would have changed it a long time ago.

They are always not delivering packages at all or to the wrong house. Then they make you have to take off work to even try to talk to them because they won't answer the phone or take it off the hook so it rings busy. They use delivery excuses like the mailbox was full and that's why they didn't deliver it, meanwhile the package never would have fit in a mailbox to start with.

Terrible delivery guy. The lady we had was far better. She didn't drop, kick, or fling anyone's packages for one. 2 she KNOCKED or RUNG our doorbell. This guy never does that. I've seen him at the apartment boxes dropping the the little carrying carton and packages...kicking them around. He is absolutely the worst I've seen here. And very rude. Much like all the staff except 1 lady I come across when I go inside. I've been hung up on and rudely spoken to by another woman and some guy I've also had the displeasure of dealing with both personally and on the phone. All of usps needs to have the staffing re-evaluated. If it weren't for the kind lady both my mom and I dealt with id give a worse rating. Covid or not it doesn't give anyone the right to be rude to customers.
