Very smooth and transaction could not have been better. Rocky, CW and Glen could not have been better to deal with. Buying a car in DE when you live in NY made me a little nervous. I had an outside company down there look at the car inside and out on my dime. The transaction could have not gone better and I highly recommend this dealership and company. A+++

You con not find better people to do business with . I had a break problem and on my way back to home in Pa . They put everything aside and repaired my car . Their is a sign in the shop that says ( you come in as a client but you go home as a friend ) truer words were never spoken , Jim

Auto Gallery in Lewes Delaware is FANTASTIC .I went in to look at their vehicles and was taken back at the variety and quality of what they had in their lot Rocky , CW, and the entire staff are great They gave me a very fair price for my trade in and purchased a vehicle at a very fair price The process was painless and quick Nothing but a pleasant experience 5 stars for the business and the staff They offer extended warranties at a fair price and show pride in everything they do there 👍👍👍

Worst possible experience ever. Purchased a Dodge Nitro from them that was basically A LEMON & riddled with issues. Tried to return it and owner refused to return it or to fix the vehicle; never returned a dime. Left a single mother of 2 without a reliable car and out of over $11,000 👎🏾👎🏾

Lewes Auto Gallery Review:
I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with Luis Auto Gallery, specifically regarding the unethical treatment my elderly mother received from Brian. This dealership took advantage of her, selling her a 2014 Chevy Equinox that broke down after barely a year.
When the engine blew, Brian brought the car into his shop, charged her $600 upfront to diagnose the vehicle, promising it would go toward a $1200 total fee. Now, he’s trying to charge a staggering $10,000 to repair the engine, a cost that far exceeds the car’s value, which isn’t even worth $6000.
For the past three weeks, he has been giving us the runaround, telling us one thing while telling the insurance company another. This delay is particularly egregious given my mother's health issues. She has critical doctors' appointments she needs to attend, including appointments for possible cancer and existing heart conditions.
Lewes Auto Gallery’s treatment of my mother is unacceptable. Their lack of integrity and compassion is shocking, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this dealership. They prey on vulnerable individuals and prioritize profit over honest and decent service. This experience has been a nightmare, and I hope no one else has to endure such mistreatment.

Auto gallery is not only a great place to get a good car.. Getting your car repaired there is a truly good experience... Not only did they do a very good job, but they worked with me to keep the expenses down . It's rough for older people, but they worked with me and really helped me out a lot.i am truly grateful

Had a ceramic coating put on my 2024 black z4. It looks awesome like it has a glass coating. Brian’s team does excellent work and at a great price compared to others.
