“I was told about this place by my parents when I had expressed my interest in buying a bike during a conversation. I stopped at the front of the building and saw the lights were on, the open sign was visible, and there was someone inside. I backed up and I parked in the little stone lot next to the building and my daughter and I headed inside. Matt greeted us as we walked in and proceeded to talk to us about bikes, and biking, specific frames, what kind of riding I was going to be doing, etc. I was specifically looking for a used bike and didn't see anything in the front room that blew me away, so he led us to another room where we were able to look at a bunch of other bikes. After a few minutes, I found something that I liked. I thought the asking price was reasonable so he proceeded to look it over once for me in the rack even though it had recently been serviced by them and was just waiting to go on the floor. He checked the brakes and the gears. He polished it up for me. He put a kickstand on it for me. Since I was paying with a card, he had to walk to the next building in the rain. Matt went above and beyond. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. He did all this for me and I come to find out he was just there doing some extra work after hours and the shop really wasn't even open. I can't recommend this place enough and five stars doesn't say enough!”

“Matthew was PHENOMENAL!! I had some jerk park in my driveway and block my garage door where I could not get my vehicle out. I was so upset because I could not get out to get my medical prescriptions or food from the grocery store. I called Matt pretty upset and he was such a sweetie, SOOOO understanding and empathic to my situation. He arrived at my house literally within 10 mins and towed that car right on out of my driveway. “Great experience! I found a nail in my tire. Called them to see when I could get in. The guy was very nice on the phone told me to come in a couple hours. As soon as I arrived they took the car right in, found the nail, and patched it. They didn't try and push a bunch of nonsense extra suggestions on me, and they had me back on the road very quickly. Everyone who I dealt with was very nice. The work was guaranteed and the final cost was totally reasonable. Definitely will use this place again.”

They responded immediately to my email request and answered my questions timely, and got me in for the check right away. Being from New Jersey we are skeptical of auto mechanics' honesty/transparency. Wow. So surprised to be treated honestly - the car had nothing wrong and it was a very minor charge for the check up.
