Once I got the required documents they made the rest of the process smooth & easy. I also like how easy it was to sign up for an account with them. I quickly did the whole thing on my phone. The other banks I went to required an appointment or a long wait in the lobby. I walked out of 3 other banks before finding Fulton and boy! I sure am glad I did. The tellers are always friendly, helpful and respectful and there usually isn't much of a wait, if any, and they have reasonable hours, both in the lobby and at the drive-thru. I signed up for their "seniors" checking and got my first box of checks for free and no fees with direct deposit. So far it's been a great bank for me!”
“Every time I have to call or visit this branch everyone is so lovely. I’ve called the regular line and spoken with the branch manager who was helping out answering phones. Unfortunately, like a lot of people, I fell victim to a scam. I went in practically in tears and within 5 minutes was in the office of Lindsay Whaley. She has been an absolute god send through this whole process. I could feel how much she and the branch manager truly cared and they worked tirelessly to get the best result possible for me. I cannot thank them enough. PNC truest has some amazing people working in the Lewes Branch who deserve A LOT of recognition.”
