Like many people, I am new to the area and was in need of a stylist that knows how to cut men's hair very well. I'll start with the positives... Staff/Front desk are very nice and they were often times accommodating with scheduling at short notice. The overall salon was clean and aesthetically pleasing with plenty of parking. Unfortunately, the stylist I was paired with was inconsistent with technique and overall outcome. For the exception of one visit where she made a mistake, all the other visits, over the course of a year, were average with some results better than others. The salon has many stylists, so I am not suggesting that my experience will be yours, as I am sure there are different levels of qualification and those who specialize in various areas. Good luck!

Make sure to ask for pricing before you visit this place! Honestly, don’t go here; it’s not worth it!
First, I called and made an appointment, informing them that I wanted full color. I waited nearly a month to get in, only to show up on the day of my appointment and be told that the stylist only had an hour and a half available before her next appointment, whereas she needed at least 4 to 6 hours for full color! So, I had to reschedule for an additional three weeks. Okay, fine; I understand that things happen!
Second, I requested full color but asked to keep my dark roots about a half inch to an inch long. However, instead of that, she dyed my hair balayage, which I explicitly said I did not want. I have wanted to dye my hair completely blonde since I was 15, and this was my big day! I usually get balayage from another salon.
Third, I was completely overcharged, and the stylist clearly did not know what she was doing. She took twice as long as every other stylist around us to do the exact same service!
Fourth, I was charged for a haircut I didn’t want. I told her I didn’t want a haircut, and she said it was fine but had to cut a few small pieces because of the bleach. Then she charged me $60 for it, even though a haircut normally costs $55 at this place! I didn’t even receive a full haircut—she simply clipped a couple of pieces in the back of my head!
Fifth, I was charged $30 for toning shampoo! Since when does toner cost extra?
I felt completely scammed and ripped off. As a woman, our hair means everything to us, and I did everything I could to hold back tears when she put me in front of the mirror for the first time after washing it. All I could see was black hair still!
Please, do not ever go to this place. If you do, make sure to do what I didn’t: ask for the full price upfront! Also, remind them over and over what you want. Unfortunately, I let them walk all over me and barely said anything in the end when they told me my bill was $290, while I was expecting a bill of $150 to $175 (because that’s exactly what they said they charge and They charge $55for a haircut, not $60!)
She completely messed up my hair, and now I can’t go anywhere else for months to get it fixed; otherwise, my hair will fall out! I had to pull every penny I could off my credit card to pay, and I even made sure to have $40 for a tip, even though I hated my hair and it looked awful. I’m completely disappointed. I know it took time, and I still wanted to tip because I’m not an awful person.

Please know that I don't usually go out of my way to leave reviews but after my last visit to Bling and the incredible customer service experience i actually experienced, I feel compelled to do so now. First, I need to acknowledge my stylist Judy. What a positive, fun, talented free spirt she is. Highly recommend. And then to the front desk where I received equally high level customer service from Julia and Priscilla. In a perfect world Bling, your lucky to have them and if possible, you should clone them all. Highly recommend Bling.

I decided to get an half up half down hair style for my Wedding day and Abbey was excellent very friendly The style wasn’t bad.. she did pretty good. However an older employee with whitish hair decided to tell me the Tiara in my hair I should take it off… wasn’t real friendly. Since I am from up North I explained I like the Tiara it actually puts that bling in my hair, as you see my picture turned out wonderful and without any bling would be a plain Jane which I am not LOL

Going into Bling I was super nervous about what to do with my hair. It was very damaged and a lot of gray. Patty was absolutely amazing. So helpful and informative. She transformed my damaged mess of hair into a beautiful color, style, and cut that I love! Amazing work , stunning salon,and talented stylists!

I had my nails done by Sidney and I was her last appt I paid $60 for dip and nail polish change in my toes which would have been a great price. My nails look awful. The nail polish on my toes does not even cover my entire nail. My finger nails were not filed well and are so sharp on the edges. She rushed and I will not return. The salon is beautiful but the service did not match.

My 2nd visit for a pedicure - different person but equal service. So happy to have found this salon - after trying nearly all mani/pedi salons in the area - none of which have been consistently good - I will definitely continue to return here & highly recommend!

I requested a last minute cut and color appointment which they had available the next day. Robin did a great job on my blonde color and some others helped her out as well since my hair is so thick.
