I’m disappointed that this pharmacy refused to fill my mom’s prescription due to an “incorrect birthdate”. Needless to say they never specified what birthdate was on their system to be able to resolve matters. Not sure how that helps anyone when she has a valid license to prove them wrong. Anyway, the CVS down the road took her no problem. My mom is hard of hearing so I’m not sure if there was miscommunication among her and the employee, but I would expect a pharmacy no less to treat every customer with respect.

There are thousands of Retired Veterans in this area. One by one pharmacies stopped supporting their Veterans Insurance Tri Care for Life they earned for making the ultimate sacrifices for all of us. First Wal Greens shut them out then CVS and now a privately own Pharmacy not obligated by corporate demands has decided to shut their thousands of Veteran's out for nothing more than a few extra bucks . Many of these men and woman are older. Many disabled or incapable of making a long trip to a DOD pharmacy. Shameful when it was formerly their hallmark of being a family veteran friendly place to get life saving medicines in some cases quickly and conveniently to our nations Hero's. No more and for that reason I can no longer support nor recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I had a special prescription (a compound) that my regular pharmacy couldn’t fill. Cape Pharmacy filled it the same day. They were efficient, professional, and friendly.

Do not go to this place I was a patient for years and was out of my medication called for my refill and when I arrived to pick it up this very rude lady comes out and tells me my insurance denied my meds and made me pay 30$ for my meds after making numerous calls to Medicare and Medicaid and amerihealth all telling me nothing wrong with my insurance this rude pharmacist lady did nothing to help me in anyway and basically tried rushing me off the call cause she said they are closing and doesn't wanna be bothered unbelievable so obviously I get upset cause she is not helping at all with the situation and on top of it has the nerve to try and call my doctor and say I threatened her so fake and untrue I'll definitely be reporting this mean rotten lady and will never go back to this redicuolous place so I suggest anyone to not bother they don't care at all about there patients ????????

My mother suffers dementia, is insulin dependent thus requires additional support with medications. As her caretaker I moved to Cape Pharmacy because they purported to offer more personilzed, proactive care/service. However, yesterday I found that they had failed to fill a script for her glucose monitoring sticks and the needles for her insulin pen! Naturally, the situation very troubling. I called Cape Pharmacy this morning and asked Julie, owner/head pharmacist, how she was going to resolve the issue of my mom having no means of administering her next shot of insulin, she informed this was not her responsibility although she admitted Cape Pharmacy had failed to fill the script as usual. I asked what she would do to assure we did not suffer a repeat of the situation and she proceeded to tell me I was being irrational and hung up the phone. Julie's conduct beyond unacceptable. Please be warned.

This is a wonderful, truly local compounding pharmacy. While you'll find some very nice gift items here, this a very serious pharmacy in the good way.Whether you're coming in for your various vaccinations, or transferring a prescription - they're very pleasant and easy to talk with. In the frame of "When the world was a better place when ...", you're always greeted with a polite inquiry about your health. It's simple, but such a refreshing change from the big box stores and their endless lines that make you feel anonymous.Customer service here is very personal, and this is the most "home" I've felt since moving here. My doctor recommended Cape Pharmacy, and I see why now.
