I called ahead to make sure they could patch a tire, and they told me to come right in. When I got there, they were friendly, fast, and got me back on the road in no time. Great service and exactly what I needed—highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's hard to find an honest mechanic but they go above and beyond to make sure that you're treated fairly and that your car is fixed. Tire blew and left us stranded. Coastal Towing was amazing! Lady who took the call was very professional and helpful. The man who picked it up and delivered it to The Garage was wonderful! He arrived promptly to the rescue.. Great company to deal with. 5 Stars!

The tow truck staff are the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever met! Aggressive. Rude. Disrespectful. They had non caring attitudes. Lack of empathy for others. They were irresponsible to their job functions. And put motorists at risk of serious injury or death with their action. Unbelievable!

Not sure about this place? Took our car for an oil change $108 ok but they never took the warning light off the dashboard so we had to return the next day for that to be done. Took our Jeep in for front brakes that they said we needed after a routine oil change, and the next day the tire started smoking and it made loud squeeling noises like it needed a break job after having new breaks and rotors? Took it back and before even looking at it said it was the caliber was hanging? Not what they said or noticed the day before only after they worked on it and now there is another new problem? Hard not to think it’s a money grab but both cars had to be returned to them the very next day after they worked on it? What are the odds? Just be careful because frankly we don’t know what to think at this point! Update they wanted another $385 to fix what wasn’t broke before they worked on it? Also the original estimate for work was $50 less than what they charged for the brake work. No phone call no advance communication just did what they did and you pay. Any trust we may have had is gone so they lost our business and typically we are very loyal customers. Don’t get taken!
Here is a direct quote from the shop who fixed what they broke “if they don’t guarantee their work, why go there?” And “previous shop that replaced the brakes (Coastal Towing) did not catch the hardware kit resting on the rotor when the guest went to have brakes rechecked. Calipers are perfectly fine .” Should we file our complaint with the Better Business Bureau?

Terrible communications. Called this company for road side service for semi truck shut down on the side of the road. They told me it would be $125 per hour. They came out and within 40 minutes said they couldn’t do anything and it had to be towed away. Towing to Bergey’s in Delmar MD will cost $600 plus 2 hours of road side service minimum which I was never told about it. And to top it off at the end, when the truck was towed to the Bergey’s the truck was dropped off without disconnecting truck from the trailer and now I have to call a different towing company to pay $250 more to disconnect. I hope you never ever get business from anyone everrr. Liars and cheaters.

I have never been treated so terribly by a company. Never let this company tow your vehicle! A couple years ago I got in an accident, I was a young woman who was taken advantage of. My insurance had to argue with coastal towing for weeks to get my vehicle back. They were trying to say it was totaled so they could keep it and sell it. Every time I called the office, they were so incredibly rude and disrespectful. I have never experienced anything like it. They made me cry more than once. I thought I was going to lose my car, which broke my heart. So many hard working good people are being taken advantage of by this company. Luckily in the end, I was able to get my vehicle back.

This man WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR OWNED FREE & CLEAR VEHICLE, DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO TOW YOUR VEHICLE TO THEIR LAND UNLESS YOU NEVER WANT TO SEE IT AGAIN! Long story short, the owner played my tragedy against me, claimed I must sign my title over after the insurance company totalled my 1995 jeep Wrangler, I knew better however the husband didn't and being the non confrontational person he is, myself being medically, physically broken at that time couldn't fight for my rights, HOWEVER I STILL hold the title to MY JEEP which my husband watched get towed upstate to find out a few months later, THE CHOP SHOP PAID THIS OWNER OVER 5K FOR MY JEEP!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, REST ASSURE I WOULD! HEED MY WARNING!

Not good. Will not be sending any of my clients, work trucks, small stuff or my own vehicles.. The ladies at the front desk are very rude.. Look at the reviews and BBB for rating.
