The personal touch by Marilyn Torres has been second to none. Today I spent 40 minutes 1 on 1 with her to solve a technical issue. She was tenacious in her desire to get it right; a trait that could be emulated by all.With ANY other bank in America, I would’ve been on the phone, paging through menu options and never speaking to a person. Community is indeed fortunate to have such a positive brand ambassador and customer service champion in Marylyn.

We got our home mortgage with Community. They are a local bank and were able to approve our application in less than a week.

It is a REAL local bank with people who get to know you and your business. You are never a number or buried in red tape as someone just does it for you in your presence. It is a person-to-person relationship. I have never been in this bank. Someone is not telling the truth or this bank has been deceived!

You can only use your bank card in the State of Delaware. My daughter goes to school in Virginia and she can't use her card to get to her money when she is in the state of Virginia. It is not a different country. She has even called them to tell them that she is going to Virginia and still get's to Virginia and CAN"T use her card to get to her money. SHe called them once she was in Virginia and they were suppose to call her back, but never did. Wonder how they would feel if this was their child?? And of course this always happens on the weekend when you CAN"T get anyone to help you.
