“Allen and Jayda helped me get new debit and credit cards. My account had been hacked. They were both very professional and friendly. Had me taken care of very quick. The Lewes branch rocks!!”

“Tidemark Federal Credit Union, in Long Neck Delaware, has an exceptional employee named Georgina. I had an issue with a credit card being denied January 2, 2025. Upon entering Tidemark, Georgina met me with a cherry “Hello” then proceeded to listen to my problem. The resolution needed a managers decision so she contacted one right away. The whole process took approximately 30 minutes to resolve and Georgina made trips over to where I was sitting to keep me updated on the status of the issue. She was very professional and friendly. I thank Tidemark and Georgina for handling an uncomfortable situation with Grace.”
