- We are a community of yoga teachers, healers and students who are dedicated to promoting health, happiness + well being along the beaches and beyond. By building strength – mentally, physically, and spiritually – we develop the ability to transform our perspective.
- Pre-registration is preferred for IRL and Virtual classes - it just takes a few minutes to register and pay by visiting our website schedule page.
- All yoga classes are available for Virtual (Zoom) participation, so you can practice from anywhere! Everyone who signs up for our Virtual classes receives a recording of the class, which is accessible for 48 hours.
- We also offer private yoga lessons + workshops + beach yoga in the summer + yoga adventures all over the world!
