5 stars for Stephanie but the other woman in here is mean and grumpy , tried to ask a question to her and she literally ignored me but Stephanie was really kind and helpful and a lovely person

It’s a shame to say but dollar general has gone downhill over the past 4 years. They don’t hire enough employees to stock the shelves and take care of the register, so you end up with cranky underpaid employees, and empty shelves! I just left this store doing a door dash and they only had 20 of my 31 items! Thats RIDICULOUS!! Especially since the inventory is probably right there in all those boxes lining the shelves! To top it off while I am trying to fine everything on my list in this extremely disorganized store an employee stocking shelves wants to basically push me out of the way with her cart, then huff and puff and talk under her breath to get out of her way! Other than that the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful!

I walked there early this morning to grab some things so as not to be out later in the heat but they had 2 hand written signs that said Closed today, will be open tomorrow. This isn't the first time this has happened.....

I get wanting to get off on time, but store closed at 8:54 tonight. As someone who works in retail as well, we are never allowed to actually close the store early. Our store closes at 8, but we know we don’t leave exactly at 8! I just needed to grab diapers, would’ve beeen in and out before 9. Super annoying

Typical DG...however this particular location is usually runs low with stock, very messy, slow service as a result of not being able to maintain employees and management!

Very unprofessional and irritable store manager. Down right rude, ignorant and antagonisticaly mocking a customer. Faulty equipment and power tripping manager who abused her management position and doesn't belong in customer service let alone the store manager. Never seen such unprofessionalism and plain disregard and disrespect to a customer as is if their faulty equipment is the customer fault. Meanwhile I was made to sit there and wait while she served the rest of the line. So disgusted that she's the store manager.
