Ordering was easy and fruit looked and tasted good but I set my pick up time for 1pm and my order wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after my pick up time

Wow this company is something else. Not only does no one answer the phone but website and store don’t match up in their hours open. I spent 50$ on an order. Website asks me when do I want to pick up I said at 6 I will. I get there at quarter of and the store is closed at5 !!! Website says 7 they close. I call the next day nothing no answer. My order has been canceled and I said cancel it on their voicemail. Called again to confirm the cancellation and get answer no one wants to answer. But they are quick to take your money

Order a Valentine’s Day gift for my daughter days before. The company changes a delivery fee for their service. The gift was Delivered at around 8:15 pm. I wrote a special message with the gift and the note was never included. Very dissatisfied with the service and I would not recommend Edible Arrangements for your delivery needs. Learn from my experiences and shop elsewhere.

Lovely gifts and treats!! Ordered for my sister's birthday and she loved it!! The chocolate strawberries are to die for!! Recommend for any event. Will be ordering again soon!

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Literally send my in-laws dead wilting flowers and unfresh fruit. Cant even believe they let that go out the door. I will never use edible again. Only good thing was they refunded me once I finally got ahold of someone after many calls. Don’t even try to call corporate ? that’s another headache on its own.

Went in to get an arrangement and was told they can’t do it to busy. So I went on line just to see and believe it or not it said they can do it and that I can pick it up in the same store same day?? Oh well there loss of a sale. But probably should fix the online service or the store itself. Because if I placed it on line and went to pick it up and they say no I would of been mad.
