Easy to schedule and responsive to pre-move adjustments we needed to make. We had a few hiccups which were handled in a timely professional manner. LT, Cam and Layne could not do enough during this stressful time and they will be requested for our next move!!

My experience with First Rate was seemless from beginning to end. Easy to get a quote, followed up along the way, movers showed up on time and not only were professional but worked so quickly & efficiently so my move time was almost 2 hours less than anticipated…hence a lower charge in the end! I would absolutely use again and highly recommend for others moving needs!

Very professional with communications throughout, a great moving crew (Ryan & Andre very good) that was prompt and took great care of all our belongings. Reasonable pricing and true to the estimate. Very easy to work with and would strongly recommend.

I hired First Rate to move an armoire I purchased on Marketplace. The guys were professional and picked it up and delivered it in good shape. The office manager confirmed my appointment and followed up to make sure I had a good experience. I would use them again.

Very careful not to scrape the walls, going an extra step to take a piece apart to protect it and the stairway. Friendly and patient as I wiped a few things clean.

From Andrea on the office side making sure everything was on schedule before, during and after to George, Andre and Jeremiah who did a great job unloading the truck and packing the entire contents of our house into storage.
