Of all the HDs I have been in, across several states, this is by far the friendliest! Had multiple employees ask if we needed help, the store and restrooms were clean and organized!

Renting a truck. Everything was fine except for an error on the website claiming in this location can tow with Home Depot equipment… that is a lie. And when I told and showed the desk worker what it said he began to get an attitude and was unwilling to help. After an hour of going back and fourth the man still charged me for 8 minutes of buying the truck and wouldn’t refund it even though the manger said too, I guess the guy needs money that bad.. The man said his name was”Taishi”. Well taishi you really need to learn how to talk to customers and people in general. I will not be purchasing anything else from this location knowing that the customer sever man is unwilling to help and do his job.

I went to get a key made today and after asking several employees to help me, no one knows how to make a key there. So customer service calls some one there to make the key and that guy didn't know how to either. I went to Lowe's I never have an issue. Everytime I go to home depot the employees don't know their products and I get a lot of I don't know answers. Sorry but train your employees please!

Orlando Daniels specialist in doors exceptional service. He was very knowledgeable about the Anderson Storm doors. Able to explain the difference between hydraulic operating door and foot retractable door. We appreciated his help!

The absolute best thing about Home Depot is the service that you get from all the people that are pretending that they're on the phone with other people and when they see you that you have a question they pick up their phone and run the other way! That and well, you know, robbing the place.
