Reached out to this agency to get quotes for auto, homeowners and an umbrella policy due to large annual increases from my current homeowners insurance company. Left a voicemail message, then filled out quote request info on this agent’s website. Over a week went by and no follow up telephone call. Called office yesterday, and office coordinator assured me I would get a call at 11:30 AM today from one of their agents who would review my existing coverages and provide me a customized quote. Well, the appointed time came and went. No telephone call, email, radio silence! I operate by the rule of three strikes and you’re out! If this agency can’t even provide basic communications and keep appointments, imagine what kind of service you would get if you had to make a claim. Look elsewhere!!
