I can not give enough positive feedback to Jiffy Lube. I am a local and have been coming here as long as they have been in business. The manager Kim is always pleasant and knowledgeable. I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. The team at Jiffy Lube is always smiling when I’m here even though it can be hot, cold, rainy or even busy. It is refreshing to see a local business with happy employees and a manager such as Kim always putting customers first! Thank you for your hard work and please know it does not go unnoticed!

After one week of driving my truck. I checked the engine to clean the hood. And I discovered the Jiffy Lube techs do NOT put the oil cap on! Unfreaking believable! I also just discovered, they did not connect all the hoses to the air filter after they checked it. Incompetent works.
Updating my review. The franchise owner called me and made things right. It turns out, he thinks the tech put the cap on but they did not seat the cap as it should be. He offered to pay for the new oil cap I had to buy. Thank you

There is nothing Jiffy about this Jiffy Lube. They average an hour per vehicle. Plan on packing a lunch and spending the better part of your day here. If you have the resources, open up one down the road and give this place some competition.
The business also failed to reset my service interval… further becoming a pain….

Giving it one star because we had to sit in the heat with our engine turned off for 10 minutes before someone trudged out and informed us they were out of synthetic oil. What’s the point of an oil change place if you don’t have the oil?

SEE PHOTO… EVEN PRIOR JIFFY LUBE MANAGER TREATED POORLY!!!
I went in for a battery change. Ended up with thousands in damage. Dealership has to fix it. Dealership said that Jiffy Lube clearly caused the damage. Owner refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would strongly recommend taking your car ANYWHERE else. They will damage your car and they will not assume responsibility for their mistakes.

The customer service person was nice but the female technician had a bad attitude at the Lewes location. And I have had problems with my car ever since my visit, never going back.

Great fast service but lousy job with the vacuum and windows granted it was very dirty. Freddy was nice.
