We recently purchased a home in Lewes, Delaware, and the seller chose the Benson office for the real estate closing. They kept in contact with us throughout the entire process. When we arrived all paperwork was properly prepared, and the office staff was kind and professional. The closing went quickly, and all parties were pleased.

Went to them to get a will. After my initial appointment when I tried to make a follow-up appointment they decided not to help. Very frustrated because now I'm back to square one.I'm pleased to say that I did receive a refunded of my initial consultation fee.

Met with them almost 4 weeks ago to revise my will and change a name on the title of my house. I sent in a retainer but still no word from them. Verdict is still to be determined on quality but they are definitely not timely.

In the beginning everything was fine actually. But I think they neglected to take care of me after the seller pushed them a bit. When I called after the closing was done, the answer was 'everyone signed and it's over.

Highly recommend for end of life planning. Donna was very responsive to all of my questions and made me feel at ease about everything, very sweet young lady and so helpful. Jay was great as well, made the process so easy and explained everything so well so I could understand. Hard to find good kind people nowadays and they both were so great to work with. Jay was very understanding of my situation and how many questions I had and I never felt rushed or like I was a bother to them with all of my questions throughout the process. Everyone I encountered at this office was very professional and very nice.
