I witnessed her seamlessly, gracefully, and simultaneously manage to:
• check in three patients at time
• with a full waiting area of appointments and walk-ins
• while quickly checking for open rooms
• and intermittently walking paper work to someone(s)
• and ensuring it was the correct room for the patient
• and answering interrupting questions from patients in the back and waiting room

She is not normal! This is an extraordinary talent! She appears to love the challenge and has great pride in her work.

Our wait is the fault of whoever decides the patient capacity or decides the staffing. The staff is quite obviously exceptional. I hope Labcorp acknowledges and demonstrates their appreciation. The staff has unquestionably earned it.”

“So, we recently moved to this area from Maryland. This Labcorp location is much more convenient than my previous location, but I was hesitant to go there because of the low reviews. My advice...don't take my advice or anyone else's...go find out for yourself. That's what I chose to do, and I'm glad I did. The woman at the front desk couldn't have been nicer! I went at 9:00AM and there were only two people in front of me. I was in & out in under 20 minutes. And I didn't have an appointment! To the person who gave a 1-star review just because they didn't know they had to log in via the computer screen...there's a big sign on the front window that tells you this. And unless this is your first time at a LabCorp facilty, they've been using this practice for at least 2 years now. I admit, it's a PITA the first time you use it, but after that, it's pretty easy to use. Just make sure you have your driver's license and medical insurance card with you.

The young lady who drew my blood was also great! Very pleasant, and was a pro at drawing my blood...I hate needles! But she was flawless.

Bottom line...don't trust other people's opinions...just check it out and decide for yourself. I'm a fan now, but I almost wasn't because of some of the complaints.”
