I was contacted to renew my card 3 months before my birthday. I went through the review, paid for my renewal but never received my card. There isn't an email contact so I'll try calling.

Thank God .... Finally someone helped me.I am still waiting for the paper work but I see relief in the future. Thank you for your help. 24/7 pain is no way to live. Plus all my other diagnosis. Thank you again.
