I am new to the area and a seasonal homeowner. I called the salon on two separate days and left messages and no one ever returned my call. I wanted to schedule a hair color and to ask them what brand of hair color they use. I know when I will be in town and didn't want to schedule last minute. This is not a good way to get started with a new salon. I am very disappointed because the reviews were all very good. Patricia N.

My daughter had an incredible experience with the whole team at R. Sterling. Michelle and Patty have a lovely team that helped get my daughter ready for prom. Michelle was my wedding hair stylist and I could not have made a better choice! She and her team are such a calming, happy presence on a hectic morning. They made my whole bridal party laugh and feel comfortable. For example, Michelle could just tell my sister wasn't completely happy with her hair, so pulled her over to make adjustments without a second thought.Plus, this girl can do it all! She ordered hair extensions for me and put them in the day before the wedding. And on the big day, she and her team were able to curl and braid and twist my bridesmaids', mom's, and flower girls' hair in record time. They are so efficient! I'm new to the area and have been trying different salons. A friend from work recommended this place. Everyone was very professional and nice. They were able to get me in on short notice. I was very happy with my highlights and cut! I will be going back there in the new future! I also recommend to a friend and she just went over thanksgiving break! She was very happy as well!

Ann is great! I am so glad I found her! She is a master at cutting and coloring hair. I just moved to the area and tried another salon. The stylist really did a number on my hair because she used a razor, so Ann had her work cut out for. Not only did she fix my hair, she helped me to have, the healthiest and longest hair, I have had in years. I recommend her to everyone!
