We opened the door and walked three feet and looked at the floor and it was crawling with bugs. We left the room to get our money back. He had played a delay game trying to get us to take another room. I said no way I could never sleep.
After pretending the machine would not give a refund he gave us cash back! DO NOT go there!

Do not check into the Redmill Inn. This place is infested with coaches- they are everywhere. We had checked in and the minute I stepped foot into the room I saw them crawling EVERYWHERE!!! Went to get my money back and left!!!! I would give them no stars if possible. STAY AWAY!!!

Awful. The Wi-Fi sucks and is so spotty, no chain lock on the door which is a huge safety hazard due to young child continuing to attempt to open door. Not something I’m interested in jumping up to prevent every five minutes. Good luck with location - everything is about 10 minutes away unless you’re looking to buy some drugs. Towels are thin and dingy. No housekeeping the entire time (one week) of stay. Television didn’t work, no room phone, cockroaches crawling in the microwave and on the wall. Just no. Never again.

This is the worse motel I have ever seen. The room was dirty, with mold on the broken furniture, it smelled of mildew. There are people living in all the other rooms, they party late at night in the parking lot. This is not a place for families to vacation, it’s a government housing project. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I will forever have ptsd from staying in this dump.

Floors of our room were slimy and coated in sand. Found cockroaches. It appears families live there, whom do laundry in front of their room in a portable washer that they let drain out all over the parking lots, you had to watch where you walk so you dont drag their dirty laundry water into your room. They also let their young kids run loudly all night long, and overall unsavory characters hanging around. Sad, because even though to do anything, you must drive a little bit, this was affordable. Now we know why.. staff was ok, I've dealt with worse but room conditions were better and no cockroaches. Save yourself/family the trouble and drive a little further and pay the little bit more money for a better quality experience. OH, also no pool, they had it covered and closed up. Probably, due to the families living there, who let their children run free

Hell no! The rooms are absolutely infested with cockroaches. Oh hell no.
Noteworthy details: Do not stay here!!!!! Do not reserve. Do not book. Do not walk in to the rooms. There are damn cockroaches everywhere.

We had to leave because it was roaches under the sheets, hair in the bed, cigarette butts under the bed, baby roaches in the tub, and the fridge had moldy food in it. We spoke to the guy in charge to get our money back, he brung roach spray and new sheets. It was late checking in. We went to another hotel and it was lovely. I do not recommend this hotel. It's cheap but for a reason! I had my children with me. It was a terrible experience. The location is amazing but that hotel needs cleaning.

They're kicking people out all the time. Pools never open rooms are full of mold. Couldn't even turn on my A. C unit because it was full of mold.
Rome was nasty when I got in. They'll touch your stuff if they come into clean Would give them 0 stars if that was an option. There is nothing to do in the area.Vehicle dependent no public transit options anywhere nearby after travel 3.5 miles to get to the nearest bus stop.

Although the room rate was affordable.. EVERYTHING ELSE about this facility is sooooo NOT!!! We had no toilet paper in our bathroom and no batteries in our TV remote, and our bedding was stained .. DIRTY!!!! the whole Inn is surrounded by unsavory characters... Im a PA resident and on a wknd getaway to DE, and this establishment was NOT the ideal sleeping spot... The attendants at the check-in/out window are far from welcoming and don't pay attention to there guests... Customer Service is horrible!!! Rooms aren't up to par in my opinion.. Will never be there again.. One&Done!!!??

Recently, my wife and her mother stayed one night at the Red Roof Inn. When they left in the morning, my mother in law, who is disabled, accidentally left her step stool in the hotel room. She called the hotel and they stated that yes they did have it, and then immediately said, no they didn't have it. They stole a step stool from a handicapped elderly woman!

Extremely clean and quet.*******Rooms: CLEAN AND COZY ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆Safety: Camera security, front desk EXCELLENT, it truly is your home(safe) away from home.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆Noteworthy details: They don't serve breakfast but you can door dash for free! Great selection of natural ingredients energy drinks vending machine, and an emergency stomach,headache,etc.vending machine also.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
