Had to wait an extraordinarily long time for a vaccination for no apparent reason (I was the only one there and there were 6 pharmacy employees) other than they didn't have it together and were in no rush.

Getting a prescription here for your kids is risky. It has happened multiple times when a prescription was sent in by our doctor and we wait all day for it to get filled and we call and go in at closing and it is still not filled. And the staff makes it a point to act like they don't care cause it's not their problem. No apologies, no sympathy, they can care less that a child is not getting the medication they need to get better.

Prescriptions are always hours late, often out of stock but they don't bother to tell you, and they constantly have the longest lines of any pharmacy in the area. The absolute worst pharmacy in the Lewes area.

Always a problem with prescriptions. This time I phoned ahead for prescription. After driving 40 minutes through traffic only one was ready. Last time was given a 30 count when it was suppose to be 90. The app is always messed up.

Most of the time, I have a good experience with Walgreens Pharmacy. I try to go at unusual hours to avoid the wait. It is helpful that they keep the drive-thru window open for extended hours to manage how inundated they are. The pharmacy managers and techs are usually polite and professional. I also think there are not enough pharmacies for the growing population here, and it causes issues that are out of their control.However, on Wednesday evening, I had a less-than-desirable experience with a pharmacy tech at the window. I was unsure if she saw me pull up because the sun was setting at a weird angle, then she walked away without acknowledging me. After a few minutes, I rang the bell, which I probably should have waited to do. Then, she came over and answered the phone and told me she would be right with me in a rude tone. After she came over to help me, it was so uncomfortable, and I felt like I was bothering her by being there. I am sure she is super tired and overwhelmed, but the condescending attitude was unappealing.Hopefully, that encounter was an outlier. I will continue to use Walgreens in hopes that they will continue to improve their customer service in the same way they have improved their efficiency in the pharmacy dept.

Pharmacy hours listed online and when you call in are not correct, so it took me three tries to get my rx. Even when they were open, the service was slow compared to other walgreens I’ve been to, despite appearing to have a large number of staff working

Just drove 45 mins away to get a script at 10 pm only to find them closedWebsite says 24 hours Google says midnight and the staff is so brain dead they couldn’t even tell me why. They just shrugged their shoulders and walked off. Waste of my time and now have to wait another day to get the script filled closer to home. At least advertise ur hours properly and train staff how to handle it.

It used to be our go to pharmacy when unable to get to our DOD pharmacy at Dover AFB. They stopped accepting Veterans medical needs at DoD prices and without a plan are outrageous. They dumped their Vets , charge retail prices and their service for that is completely inept. Have not seen the inside of that store for anything in over 6 years and will likely never have reason to go back.

You guys are just the worst I've ever dealt with. Stopped going inside to get my Rx's because I was in line for a minimum of 30-40 minutes to pick up Rx's that were already ready. When I go to the window, I'm there for LESS than a minute! So, I stopped doing that crazy waste of my time, and started getting deliveries. Finally I was getting my meds, stress free. NOW...you guys stop delivering friggin' ASTHMA INHALERS!?!?!? So 2 of my Rx's are ready and available for delivery...but my stupid asthma inhaler, I have to come in and physically pickup. So, back to a complete waste of my time...standing in your absolutely horrendous lines with incompetent people working them (not all, but CERTAINLY one that has no business working that job), for me to spend 1 minute picking up a Rx. What the hell are you guys doing man!?! How stupid, that you can't deliver a friggin' ASTHMA INHALER!?! Waste of time. Your management needs to be changed. Whoever is running this needs to be let go. This is friggin' stupid. Hate this damn store!!You know what...now, since you guys are making these stupid rules, but yet can't make our experience ANY better in your store...wasting everyone's time...I'm going to needlessly waste your time, and your driver's time and gas money as well. I'm going to STILL have my 2 Rx's delivered, even though I'm coming in to pickup ONE stupid Rx. I don't even care. You want to waste my time, then you can deliver my 2 Rx's even though I'll be in your store to pick one up. So sick of you guys

are used to shop here a lot get all my prescriptions now you have to wait hours and days to have a prescription refilled. So I switch pharmacies and I now go to Walgreens in Milton Delaware, which is a great place to go to your prescriptions are done. the people are friendly wish I could say the same for the Lewes location

I have a 16 yr old son with multiple disabilities. The Pharmacist is very rude. before you can even ask him a question. My son was out of his sWhen I receivedeizure medicine. I talked to him at 9:30am and he told me it would be ready by 8:00pm. I received a text message at 7:30pm saying it was out of stock. I called 9:30am the next morning and the Pharmacist tells me "I dont know why they told you that." She said they had plenty. When I finally thought I received his seizure medicine. It was prescription tooth paste. This place needs to be shut down. Im done with them. Not just my story. Many stories like that.

Got my Covid booster today. The service was fine, but the place was FILTHY. Dusty, dirt everywhere and the floor hadn’t been swept or cleaned anytime recently. Does not instill confidence.

I’ve been waiting in the drive through prescription lane for over an hour (there were only 4 cars ahead of me when I arrived). The car 2 cars ahead of me has been at the window for 30 minutes. Awful.

I left CVS because I thought they were bad..big mistake! Walgreens is worse. Sat on line at drive up for 15 minutes..then realized all cars are leaving...they closed window for lunch. Who ever heard of a department going to lunch at same time...with people on line....ridiculous. If you go to this pharmacy, plan on being on line at least 20 minutes. I usually use mail order..but there are times I am forced to use a brick and mortar store. I hate every moment that I need to go to Walgreens.

Daughter has RSV and asthma, prescriptions were called in at 11 AM. We weren't able to get to the pharmacy until after 8 PM because we ended up in the ER. When we got here, they told us the prescriptions weren't ready and could take up to 3 days. I had to bring my sick daughter in and wait for them to fill them only for one thing to be missing. The pharmacist himself was nice but the woman who served us was rude and lacked any empathy. No wonder ERs are overcrowded with non-emergencies because medical problems can't be remedied using traditional service delivery pathways. Inexcusable, never returning.
