I have been with WSFS for over 6 years and never had any problems with them. Today I logged into my account like I do every single day and I seen an overdraft charge for $35.00. My account never even went negative! I called this branch in Lewes to get it taken care of. The lady Dianne that I spoke with was so RUDE and very unprofessional. She told me that my over draft fee was accurate because a check took a day to clear. But I had money in my account so it shouldn't have mattered how long the check took to clear! I then asked her for a manager and she said she was the manager. I asked to speak to someone above her and she ended up transferring me to customer service and they did refund the over draft fee because as I said my account never went negative. And when I asked Dianne to tell me how much my account went negative, she couldn't tell me. She just kept telling me it was because of the check that took a day to clear. Very unhappy customer here. But happy that Amanda from customer service did see my account did not go negative and she was able to credit my account.

Refused to issue me a debit card for an existing account 2 years ago despite having a parent present to cosign. Ended up closing the account and moving to M&T in Lewes--much better service.
