My father in getting up in age and couldn’t remember his passcode so the man helping him had no issue getting him a replacement phone and adding to our plan in installments but couldn’t activate it due to not having the account passcode, 5 minutes on the phone with AT&T customer support and issues were resolved so why didn’t the salesman have the same amount of patience and professionalism? Very disappointed.

I went to the AT&T store to upgrade my old phone which was at the end of its life. As soon as I walked in, Gawayne offered to assist me. This guy was just amazing. I told to him what I wanted in a new phone and he showed me several choices. He explained the differences and never tried to up sell me something I didn't need. After only a few minutes I picked out my new phone. Gawayne transferred everything from my old phone to the new one and installed a new protective screen. I was out the door in no time at all. My whole experience in this store was just great and it was all to the credit of this fine young man. I couldn't be happier. Thanks AT&T in Middletown, De.

Unfortunately, our experience did not match that of other customers. Made an appt ahead of time and showed up to store on time. There were two employees helping a family, perhaps training. However, my partner was never greeted and waited 25 minutes before leaving - after not once being acknowledged. We were able to resolve the issue via the customer support line, thankfully.

Employees at the Middletown store are exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, despite being busy when we visited. We will continue to use this store because of our experience with them.

5 stars for Gawayne and the other gentleman in the Middletown store were amazing. They greeted everyone who came into the store and helped everyone in a fast effective way. I had my kids with me and Gawayne gave the younger child a phone to play with which was helpful in me purchasing a new plan, more money for AT&T. He was very intentive, thoughtful, and they both walked me through the device while working with others. Thanks to them I always feel comfortable coming into a store with my children, asking questions because I am new to technology, and getting excellent service. Gawayne, Brandon who is gone, and the new gentleman are excellent workers and great examples of how great employees make a company.

There was only one employee in the store—named Gawayne—but he is one of the best multi-taskers I’ve ever seen and took care of all the customers’ needs well. I don’t often write reviews, but this man was so kind and helpful that someone needs to give him a raise!

The employees were very helpful. I love my Samsung S20 5G FE
