This service is really amazing and I can't say enough about what a great job he did. My car (which is 5 years old) looked brand new! I set an appointment and he was ready when I arrived and the reception area was very nice for waiting while my car was being taken care of. Told him what I needed, and we set up a date and time. The technician, Malcolm was running late from another customer, and I got a call from Exquisite letting me know he would be at my house within an hour which was fine.
