My boys and I have been with Bright Future for almost 10 years. This daycare has become part of my family. They have been with us through thick and thin our roughest time in our lives.
One of my sons first started out as a toddler and now is in middle school which of course he has out grown the daycare age limit. My second son started out as the same toddler and is in elementary now yet my prayer is to keep him going here just as my first one.
Both my kids have learned so much here. From the childcare workers preparing and organizing their meals to implementing a curriculum that teaches children to learn about the world we live in and help them explore their own interests.
Just to share, my first son was in kindergarten, his teacher was so impressed that he was the only one in his classroom who could spell his first and last name and count to 100. I owe all this to Bright Future teachers.
Bright Future is great caring childcare center to place your child/children in. The Staff is so AMAZING so caring and friendly and supportive.
I highly recommend families to have their children be part of this childcare center.
Thank you Bright Future for being part of our lives❤️!! Ms. L.

We love Bright Futures! Our son has been attending the daycare since he was 3 months old and he's almost 4 now. He's learning so much and is developing so many amazing new skills. They are extremely flexible and have been really amazing.

I’ve have 2 children attend this center since Bright Futures took over. We’ve been there for about 3.5 years now. I’ve never had an issue. Every teacher has gone above and beyond with my children. My daughter was more than prepared to start kindergarten. And she still visits at times and they always ask about her. The director is always open and responsive and available. Their love for these kid’s and what they do shows everyday.

My son has been going to this center for about a year and a half and he loves it. The staff is always friendly and everyone takes time to listen to any concerns you may be having. I never have to worry when I drop him off in the mornings. I couldn’t imagine sending him anywhere else!

Terrible since the day I allowed my son to attend! My son started at 4 months old and the first day I went to visit him he was sleep in his crib with his binky strap around his neck.... fwd to 2019 I constantly has issues with them not paying attention to my sons surrounding Bc he was getting hurt every other day... may 2019 was the last straw with them Jessie claim my son fell in the ball pit and hit his face on the steps he has a huge red mark like someone hit him that started to turn into a bruise so I requested to see the cameras to see what actually happen and both Jessie and Hilary started acting really suspicious as if something else happened other then what she said and refused to let me see the cameras... I had to get the police involved and now they have a lawsuit headed there way! I would NEVER RECOMMEND this careless unprofessional daycare to anyone! (Ps Jessie lied to the police and said they cannot show the camera footage to parents only out of courtesy which is a lie and several other people said was a lie as well)

*CAUTION* DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD(REN) TO THIS CHILD CARE FACILITY YOU WILL ALWAYS BE WORRIED SICK ABOUT THEM!! OUR CHILD WAS MISTREATED WITH AGRESSIVE DISCIPLINE AND fell VICTIM of a TRAUMATIC experience from a teacher (LINDA). We called CHILD AND YOUTH services to come out and investigate our claim and multiple VIOLATIONS were found against them just from viewing video from ONE DAY.... With all the recent NIGHTMARES that have taken place here in Delaware with other facilities we as parents have to make sure our children are protected...we pay these facilities too much money for them to keep turning a BLIND EYE....NO MORE WILL WE ALLOW IT....NOT TO OUR KIDS AND NOT IN OUR TOWN!!!We will not have it!. PLEASE GO SEE FOR YOURSELF...*kids.delaware.gov* go to childcare licensing then search BRIGHT FUTURES

Really thought our child was getting A+ care at this facility only to have our relationship end here with our child being slapped in the face by one of his teachers (Miss Linda) and the Owner/Director wouldn't let us as parents review the video footage because of the privacy of the other children, however anyone can sit in the lobby and watch each classroom in REAL TIME on the 50" television monitor. After a state investigation of the matter our claim was SUBSTANTIATED and more evidence of additional aggressive behaviors were discovered such as our childs cot being kicked and lifted then dropped in attempts to wake him up from nap time. As a result his facility has been cited now on multiple infractions regarding staff and child interactions. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD(REN) RECEIVE CARE HERE. IF YOU CURRENTLY DO BUSINESS HERE I WOULD ENCOURAGE YOU TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE FINDINGS AGAINST THIS FACILITY AND REMOVE YOUR CHILD IMMEDIATELY.ALSO I need to mention that the Owner/Director falsified and fabricated statements to state investigators claiming I said my child lies and makes up stories frequently which is the exact opposite of what was stated by me regarding my 3 year old. WE ARE OUTRAGED, HURT, AND DEVASTATED OF WHAT TOOK PLACE HERE. WE NOW FEEL OBLIGATED TO INFORM OTHER PARENTS OF WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE! WE WANT NO HARM TO COME PAST ANY OTHER CHILD AND WE WILL DO OUR DUE DILIGENCE TO SEE THAT IT DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN!

Very impressed with the directors Jessie and Hillary as well as with my newborn son's teachers. They are all amazing and very attentive to my son. I also appreciate the Tadpoles app where teachers and parents can communicate with one another about their child's daily reports, needs, etc. It's amazing and great reminder tool for when my son is running low on items perhaps and with the busy, hustle/bustle of life, I may have forgotten. I love that even at such an early age, he's learning a lot and has developed a great bond with his educators. As a working mom, this makes me happy to know that he is thriving in this environment while dad and I are away. Thank you Bright Futures for taking such exemplary care of our son.

Our daughter has been attending Bright Futures for five years now - from daycare to Pre-K, and now in the before/after school program. We have been quite happy with our experiences with the teachers and staff at Bright Futures and will continue to send our daughter here until we either leave the area or she ages out.
