My experience was truly exceptional. As a first-time patient, I was impressed by the team’s willingness to accommodate me without a scheduled appointment and their flexibility in allowing me time to drop my children off at school. I reside in Dover, DE, and the level of care I received was worth the trip to Dentistry in Middletown! The staff demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and great attention to my comfort, especially considering the pain I was experiencing. Unlike some dental offices, they were gentle and avoided unnecessary discomfort. From the front desk to the dental hygienist, office manager, and doctor, everyone was courteous and attentive. The doctor was patient and clearly explained my treatment options, empowering me to make an informed decision about my care. Thank you and see you soon!

Worst experience of my life. I should have done more research. Lesson learned. I did jot feel welcomed but I stayed anyway a few months later due to an error they refused to give me my xrays. Because of a non payment not my mistake. Check to make sure you are in network first. Money ruined the experience.

My visit to The Dentistry in Middletown was very pleasant. Mindy welcomed me with all smiles as if she already knew me. 🙂 I didn’t get to meet Sydney but she was an absolute sweet heart over the phone.
I loved the atmosphere and Autumn was phenomenal! She was so sweet, knowledgeable & gave me great tips.
Dr.Uram is the absolute best! Friendly & very thorough. He made the procedure easy & made sure I was comfortable.
I highly recommend!

Dentistry in Middletown certainly lives up to its trademark name of “Concierge Dentistry”. From my initial contact, the staff has been professional and extremely supportive.
I had broken my front tooth and was in desperate need of dental work. My previous dental office was suggesting a full extraction which was going to be $5,000 plus, out of the pocket, and I (not the dental office) was required to submit all paperwork for a claim.
I searched the internet for a second opinion and better customer service. I contacted Dentistry in Middletown and was pleasantly greeted over the phone by Sydney. I explained my situation and Sydney suggested I stop in for a visit. Upon my arrival, Sydney contacted my insurance company to confirm coverages and called my previous dental office to secure all necessary information. It took her four calls attempts and at least 30 minutes to reach the office manager. Sydney even swayed my prior practice office manager to submit a claim on my behalf. At that moment, I was sold on Dentistry in Middletown.
I scheduled an appointment and treated by Lauren and Dr Jake within the next 48 hours. All the exam equipment was state of the art. During the intake phase, Lauren patiently explained exam process and equipment usage. Enter Dr Jake. Who informed me, he can save my tooth and a ton of money. Dr Jake was recommending restorative services. He too, took the time to explain the process and procedure. A few days later, the procedure was completed and I my healthy smile has returned.
I would highly recommend this dental practice. The office appearance is very professionally laid out and in a wonderful location. The entire staff goes over and above to make you feel comfortable.
