Diamond Car Wash in Middletown offers a range of car cleaning services, including exterior washes and interior detailing. Customers appreciate the quality of work, especially the mini detail service, which many find to be thorough and effective. The tunnel wash does a good job removing bugs and dirt from the outside of vehicles, leaving cars looking clean and refreshed. Interior detailing results are generally positive, with some customers noting that their cars feel and look like new afterward. The staff is described as caring and attentive, with the owner taking time to explain the process and ensure customer satisfaction. However, the business can be short-staffed, particularly around noon, which may affect wait times and service quality. Prices for services like mini details have increased over time, and some customers have experienced issues such as a vinegar smell or smudges on windows due to inexperienced cleaning. Despite these minor concerns, many customers plan to return, citing good results and positive experiences. Overall, Diamond Car Wash is a reliable place for a quick, effective car cleaning.

I've been going there since it first opened. Excellent service always. The owner is local, friendly and aims to please. I think one time I wasn't happy and the owner said take her thru again, no problem. They hand brush your wheels, bumpers etc. Going there today 3-21-26 with my 2026 Silverado. Bob W.
