I have never been here and never will. My sis went to make an appointment a year ago and said the man at the door was so rude. But we recently saw a customer who said the was a one off. No it wasn’t! Called to make an appointment and was told we don’t have time to do pedicures or fill in’s. Ever? Because I never said a time.
They don’t have to worry about us. Too many salons to be treated like this. But if they need my customer service tips and skills, my services are available.

Never been here before, I scheduled an appointment for Saturday around noon but 2 hours later had something come up so I called to cancel and she said OK and banged on me. Horrible

Tanner was rude and puts no effort into his clients. came in wanting a simple design for an upcoming trip and he simply did not care. the entire time he was on his phone and did not look over once to see where my hand was and was constantly grabbing air looking for my hand. a simple french tip was too difficult for him and all of mine are uneven. i got a flower design and all 6 are smudged. the acrylics don't even follow the shape of my nail and he didn't bother to care for my cuticles or anything else. this place won't ever be getting service from me again and tanner does not have the qualities or abilities to be a nail tech.

I have been there several times with different service providers each time and have received excellent service every time! Always on time and very friendly and accommodating!

Staff is funny and kind. I've had 2 pedicures there so far, and they were both amazing. Everything is clean, and they have a good polish selection.

On April 10 , 2024 I came to this establishment at 7:14pm the sign posted says the closing time is 8pm. I asked to receive a UV Gel refill and Gel Pedicure, I was refused service. I understand I came in the last hour but wasn’t even offered an appointment or even one of the two services. Completely sent away.

Nail tech was rude. First time coming in to the nail salon . They are not nice to people that pay for their services. If I was rude and she was rude back. I would understand her behavior.First time meeting your client . It’s a no for me to return.

I had a great experience here. Usually when I go to other salons to get my ingrown toenail pedicured , Other shops hurt my big toe/nail because of how it grows.
But here at envy spa they were gentle and it didn’t hurt at all while removing my pesky ingrown toe nail.
I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back here often .
This is my new favorite spa .
