It's always a good time in here. The staff are very knowledgeable about the games and will help you make a good decision. Even just having a conversation with them is a great time. I bring my 4 year old here all the time, and she loves it. Especially when she gets a new mario toy. Shopping online for things is ok, but going to the store to actually see the stuff you want to buy is the best experience.

I went today cuz I had some points and I found out that my membership was canceled so I still got some games anyways since I needed one for my son they had buy two get one free since they had two prices so I asked cuz of the price the older guy with white hair was like no no its just for the prime membership putting in my face with an attitude I didn't like so I left my kids gift and I left never going to that location again next time I'll go to Newark De the game was marked 44.99 with membership 42.99 guess what I found on the app the same game for 29.99

My girlfriend and I went in to buy a copy of Spider-Man 2 at this location, and one of the workers was super nice and helped us purchase the game, but the other employee working (I guess in an attempt to sell us the game?) starting saying spoilers about the game and missions and what to be excited for. We just nodded our heads while the nice employee was checking us out. Employee #2 then started pushing the warranty on us and we said we weren’t interested, but he continued talking about it. It took us 3 times to day no before he stopped trying to sell it to us. I know he was being nice in a way, but spoiling a game we are actively purchasing and then not taking no for an answer is an interesting selling strategy.

Went there Saturday to get a gift card and waited behind 2 customers with completely different needs than my own. The young white male associate was very enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable about all things gaming. Well the father want to buy a game for his boys. He was able to tell them the differences between each one and instead of trying to get them to buy the most expensive one he actually discouraged it and told them the $100 card would suite their needs. I was pleasantly surprised that he cared more about the customer's needs and less about the money. I will be back for future gaming needs.

GameStop had a very little selection of Nintendo Wii games to choose from. Time to look on Amazon for more games OR save enough money for a PlayStation 4.

While it is a small store, they have a decent selection of games and merch.Suggestion:This location should increase their stock of clothing and merch items available and advertise outside more often. Most folks don't even know it's here. Run specials, use roadside mascots, place bins outside. Otherwise, nice store and nice people.
