Very reliable!!! I thought this cleaners wss reasonably priced. I found that Brian,the manager/owner is very honest, responsible and efficient!! I loved that they delivered my cleaning free of charge. That's super convenient and a great service!!! I will probably use the pick up service in colder weather. My first experience was excellent!!

Go Green Cleaners, As in any business that has been run a certain way over many years and new management steps in there may be some beginner bumps along the way... The new management has weathered those bumps and improved their service 10 fold (excuse the pun). Brian has installed a new check-in system where you drop off and will get a computerized reply letting you know when everything is ready to be picked up. Usually faster than the old way of "... Is Tuesday after 4:00 ok? " You can't improve any better than that... WAIT YES YOU CAN!. How about providing a pickup and delivery service for area addresses and let's do it for FREE! Personally I don't know how long Brian will be able to keep that Free service free, but I am loving it right now. Go Geen Cleaners really on the GO!
Update... Update... Update
So it's May 25th 10am and we are getting ready to leave for a doctor's appt. Up our driveway comes Brian and his Go Green delivery van. The delivery service is amazing. I get a text weekly asking if I have anything to be picked up. I leave it at the front door and it comes back as soon as it is done. Lately it has been picked up on a Monday or Tuesday and it's back before the weekend. Everyone should try this service... Thanks Go Green for all you do. ??

Took a $700 wedding dress there to be hemmed. The hem was way too long and my dress was pinned to one of their hangers, leaving small holes right on the bodice. They returned the Janet we have given them with the dress so why they pinned a heavy dress like this is beyond me. They charged me $250 to hem it wrong and damage my dress so now I've got to pay again to have it hemmed correctly. I will never take anything to them again and honestly I encourage everyone else to think twice before trying to cut wedding costs by bringing a dress here.

Go Green did a great job repairing a hole in my puffer jacket this winter. I truly thought it was a lost cause, but they found a way to fix the hole while blending it in with the other stitching. You wouldn’t be able to tell there was ever a hole in the sleeve. I will definitely be back for dry cleaning!

I really wanted to like this place as I know how harmful dry cleaning is to the environment, but the service here is horrible. I took a dress (an $800 Simone Rocha dress at that) in for stain removal, clean, and press. I went to pick it up and the stains were still there plus additional holes that were a result of their stain removal agents. I only noticed this new damage because I checked before leaving the store, they were definitely not going to tell me this happened otherwise. After a while of trying to get in contact with the owner, who was the only one who could help, they took my dress back to fix the holes. They said they would patch the area but they only stitched a ruffle to cover up the hole, ignoring the fact that the entire area is now fragile. No reinforcing patch was added to help this. They even had the audacity after doing this to insinuate I hadn't paid for the dress, which was untrue and easily verifiable, but ignoring the fact that they permanently damaged the dress and failed to do what I paid them to do. Mind you, they didn't offer a refund, so I still paid for this. On top of this, my boyfriend asked for a patch to be added to a jacket and they added it to the wrong place. At this point I'm done talking to them and just never want to return.
