“The employees are super helpful. However, the Rewards program will cause me to think twice about spending my money with this company. If you use rewards to make a purchase and have to return the item, you lose the rewards you used. Lesson learned.
Edit: As a result of calling the CS number and speaking with Chelsea, I realized I misunderstood what the store cashier had said and my $10 in rewards were in fact, returned to my acct.”

“The employees of Home Depot in Middletown still know what customer service means! When you walk in the store, there are employees there to greet you and who are willing to help you. When you are ready to exit the store and pay for your purchase, they have cashiers ready and waiting to check you out! I just had the most wonderful pickup experience in the lumber department! Janet, Chris and Bill were all wonderful and very helpful! Thank you all so much! Keep up the great work! I look forward to being a long time Home Depot customer!”
