Will always recommend State Farm insurance and Misa to everyone who says they are looking! I have been working with Misa for a few years now, and he hasn’t disappointed me once. He is always looking for the best discounts for our home and auto policies, always answering my questions and concerned, and is always willing to go above and beyond. He is excellent!

Would highly recommend this agency! Thomas is great and explains everything well and very in depth when explaining policies. He has saved my grandparents in auto and homeowners over $1400 a year! This easily is the best place to help get insurance. Andrew & Tom have been great since I switched from Geico. Honestly they saved me about $600 a month and I have 2 vehicles and home insurance with them. Everyone should switch to State farm and definitely deal with these guys.I thank State Farm for everything they've doneAnd $$ they saved me

Jeff and his staff have been absolutely wonderful to both my mother and I the entire time we had state farm in Delaware. They keep you updated about bills due, are extremely respectful and offer the best insurance prices I've ever seen. They send emails as well as phone calls which help a lot for busy people to remember to pay. When I had vehicle problems they offered the best insurance to me that fit my situation. I 100% recommend them. A very lovely, wonderful staff! I pray they have blessings and hopefully raises for everyone in the office, b ecause they are truly that wonderful. They have never been rude to me, never given me a hard time and have always offered the best to my mother and myself for both of our vehicles, and my numerous vehicles. Thank you Jeff Ramos and staff! They even offered me advice on ways to get proof of my address so my son can start school! Absolute angels!

My girlfriend was trying to switch to state farm and was contacted by Tom Eisenacher from Jeffs staff. After discussing with her what her policy would be, she was contacted by another State farm from a different branch who could offer 100$ less. Once she called to cancel, Tom got hostile, raised his voice, and tried to refuse to allow her to switch saying there was no way to cancel even though it just happened an hour ago. Absolutely disrespectful and would never recommend to anyone.
